• Complimentary CEUs are provided at no charge and may be submitted toward CPDUs. CEUs may be applied for online after the conference is completed. These CEUs are provided through ATIA, an accredited IACET provider.
American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) CEUs
• CEUs in speech-language pathology and audiology are awarded by ASHA CE Registry upon receipt of the CEU Participant Form from the ASHA Approved CE Provider, USSAAC. These CEUs are offered for all education sessions.• CEU forms are available at the Info Desk by Registration. There are no online forms.• Submit completed forms to the Info Desk. Completed forms must be submitted onsite –
mailed in forms are not accepted. • ASHA CEUs are provided to full conference registered attendees on a complimentary basis.23

American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) CEUs
• CEUs are available for select ATIA sessions by ATIA, an AOTA Approved Provider of continuing education. The assignment of AOTA CEUs does not imply endorsement of specific course content, products, or clinical procedures by AOTA. • CEU Participant Forms are available onsite at the Info Desk near Registration and online (links
coming soon).• Submit completed printed forms to the Info Desk. Submit online forms within one month of the
end of the conference (2/19/17). • AOTA CEUs are provided to full registered attendees for a separate $15 fee - this is not a per
session fee. Fees may be paid online as part of registration or via online payment form.
Academy for Certification of Vision Rehabilitation & Education Professionals (ACVREP) CEUs
• CEUs are provided for select sessions in the Sensory Impairment, Accessibility, and Research Strands.• ACVREP CEU Participant forms are available onsite at the Info Desk near Registration.
Please note there are no online forms. • Submit completed forms to the Info Desk. Completed forms must be submitted onsite – mailed
