All your needs in one tool The Tensor ETP STR61 pistol grip nutrunner has been deve-loped to combine all your most urgent needs in one tool. Its outstanding performance and ergonomic design, in combina-tion with the flexibility to add more accessories, lift this tool into a new era.

Tensor STR61 is more than just a powerful nutrunner This innovative, high performance pistol grip tool is fast, light, robust and offers impressive ergonomic features that reduce the risk of work-related injuries. The range comprises six tools with torques of 20, 30, 50, 70, 90 and 120 Nm.

Full tightening traceability with Power Focus 4000

The Power Focus 4000 controller is the ideal partner for the Tensor STR61. The PF 4000 supports “zero-fault” process control by providing numerous tightening strategies, job work sequencing, full data traceability and networking capabilities.

Plug-and-play functionalityThe flexible plug-and-play software functionality offers cost efficiency yet allows simple upgrading when production demands change. The patented rapid-back up unit (RBU) cuts downtime to a minimum by storing all programming and configuration settings and allowing them to be transferred in seconds.

Hot swap functionThe hot swap function allows fast, simple tool exchange without shutting down the controller.

Robust design A robust aluminum D frame transfers heat away from the motor, making it possible produce a tool with a high cycle rate. Thus, heat from the motor will not affect your producti-vity or your operator.

Higher accuracyThe superior accuracy of the Tensor STR61 reduces the need for reworking and duplicated actions.

FLEXIBILITY

Three working positionsUse the tool as a standard pistol grip, upside down or with cable-on-top. If you want to suspend it from the ceiling, you should choose a standard tool and use it upside down, or choose the cable-on-top type, depending on the height of the application you work with.

Accessory holder for easy mountingTensor STR61 features a new mounting point for a barcode scanner, P-set selector and trigger handle. An electric inter-face on the tool enables you to mount one accessory at a time.

QUALITY

Transducer enables data recording Tensor STR61 has a built-in torque transducer that allows highest possible tightening accuracy, while ensuring that all tightening data can be recorded.

Continuous operator feedback The operator is kept well informed by the LED operator indicator board. If a tightening error occurs the operator will be alerted and can take action, thereby avoiding reworking. Four signal lights, including a blue LED, can be configured, for example, to indicate when a “batch” of screws have all been tightened. Yellow and red LEDs ensure immediate detection of NOK fasteners, direct at the point of failure. The tool can also be configured to alert the operator with audio signals.

Engine assembly line applicationsM6 and M8 bolts are the most common fasteners on the engine assembly line. Applications include starter, fuel line and air compressor.

Truck assembly applicationsUnique D-grip protects the operator’s hand when tightening bolts on suspen-sion, frame and braking system.

Construction equipment assemblyFast, lightweight tool gives greater flexi-bility. Pset selector can be attached. Extra safety is achieved by mounting the opera-tion handle and using it as a dual trigger.
