photographic and typographic finesse, along with

Background & Methodology

The firm’s Athens, GA offices are located in one of

the oldest houses still in existence in the city, which

is designated as a historic landmark. Identifying

that this unique setting not only helped define

the law firm, but embodied and personified its

values and principles as well, InTouch Creative

Group worked at all levels with a professional

photographer to document the historic house

and the attorneys’ symbiotic relationship with it. A

website design was constructed to emphasize this

imagery, with reorganized content and sitemap.

Color schemes found in the architecture

and grounds were utilized, and simple

hierarchies and arrays were developed

to maintain visual appeal and interest. A

refined typographic treatment of the firm’s

logotype was developed to complement

the new website’s design.

A web-based Content Management

System (CMS) tool was also implemented,

to allow the firm to maintain updates

and news items on the website. InTouch

Creative Group moved the website’s

entire domain and hosting to its

own servers to provide better email

controls, spam protection, and

website technologies, as well as to

simplify the firm’s points of contact.

of the firm were accurately represented, while still

instructions and arrays using local or firm-specific

photography strike a balance between the site’s

design and the large quantity of legal content.

campaign was implemented, which continues to
