LABOR All equipment rental will be subject to a 22% service charge to cover installation and dismantle. Complex set-ups and operators are provided at the following hourly rates:

Standard Operator 60.00/hr

Monday through Friday 6am-5pm Straight Time 5pm-Midnight Time and a Half Midnight-6am Time and a Half

Saturday, Sunday and Holidays 6am-Midnight Time and a Half Midnight-6am Double Time Holidays Double Time

A 4-hour minimum applies for all labor calls

VIDEO LIGHTING AUDIO STAGING PROJECTION

Equipment rental prices are per day. There is a minimum rental period of one day on all equipment.

A 22% Service Charge will be added to all standard equipment rentals for set-up and dismantle.

This is a partial listing of our inventory and services. Please call for details about any additional or specialized needs.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a charge equal to 50% of the rental amount.

Charges will be added to the Master Account unless advance arrangements are made.

All rooms will be set at least 1 hour prior to the meeting start time. Please notify your AV representative if you

require your room to be ready by a specific time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
