Jamboree / Rewards & Recognitions

- Jamboree – Jamboree means “ Let’s Celebrate”. We celebrate Jamboree every month wherein we do a cake cutting with all employees, have small fun games. Also celebrates birthday, anniversary & career milestone.

- Reward & Recognition Event- We have a nomination form which is filled in by the managers for any kind of reward/recognition to their team members. Employees also can nominate people from other department . The appreciation certificates is given to all employees who are nominated. Sales & Aftersales top performer are also given rewards.

Concept: Employees spend more than 9hrs at work place. Most of the employee’s family members have never seen the work place/ work area where they are working.Family of all employees were invited for a cultural evening at office. More than 300 people were present .Family members were introduced to the workplace. The cultural event was conducted where te family members participated and had a lot of fun.Employees also introduced their families to each other. The smile at family member’s was overwhelming.The event started with welcome dance, kids fancy dress competition, shayari, singing, fun games and concluded with a dinner .

Ganpati festival is one of the major festival of Maharashtra. We had Ganpati idol stahpana at office premises. Every morning and evening all employees join together for Ganpati aarti.

Satyanarayan Pooja was a part of it. Lots of fun activities were organized like- Ganpati Idol making, rangoli competition.

Ganpati visaran was a huge blast. We had arranged for 40 dhol and did a grand event of Ganpati idol Immersion /visarjan.It was a pleasant and cheerful event wherein every employee took blessings of Lord Ganesha and 200 employees starting their day by singing Ganpati Aarti created a very positive and healthy environment.

Dahi Handi Celebration

On the occasion of Krishna Janamashtami, Dahi Handi competition was organized to bring an excitement & fun at workplace. It was very surprisingly to note that Female employees did took initiative to take part in Dahi handi event.

It was a superb event and employees enjoyed Dahi handi with concluding water dance .

Before Diwali festival, full entire week events were organized. Everyday evening employees participated in various activities and concluded with high tea in evening.

DAYITVA Concept: Based on the results of ESS survey, Dayitva program was initiated . Dayitva is a Sanskrit word meaning “ Being responsible- It’s the way you choose to respond”. It was a program initiated by all stakeholders from Audi pune which included various initiatives.1,Spot award- Given for any response resulting in customer delight. Audi Cap was given as an Spot award.2. Dayitva Badge3.P ride- In order to give employees a experience of Audi ride, P Ride initiative for all employees was started. Wherein employees were given home drop in their favourite Audi car once in a month.4.Potluck party- Every month potluck event was organised wherein employees bring their home cooked food and shared with each other.5. Extra milestone activity- Cricket match was organized to showcase sportiness and talent of all employees.6. Movie time with all employees every month.7. Weekly performance appreciation- Cheque rewards were given to performers.8. Audi Cavalcade- Marketing team initiative wherein employees had lots of fun.
