PROJECT OVERVIEW
Overlooking Clapham Common, Audley Villages’ new urban development is a fully serviced luxury retirement development that surrounds facilities including a restaurant, bar bistro, spa, library, lounge, and cinema.
HOW WE HELPED
This residential project is aimed at the top end of the market. The brief was to create a sophisticated sanctuary in the city and deliver the essential Audley look and feel to create strong brand identity across the development. This considered brief guided our Residential Specification consultant to provide multiple commercial flooring suggestions which resulted in three different floors being specified for various areas of the project.
OUTCOME
Audley Nightingale Place has been designed for people who still enjoy the fast pace and buzz of city living. The spaces are glamorous and welcoming. There are natural finishes throughout including timber, marble, leather and antique brass – with injections of colour in the fabrics and patterns. The overall scheme is elegant and characterful, and the development provides superb facilities and services reflecting the best that London has to offer.

OUR CERTIFICATIONS EXPLAINED
We go above and beyond the usual environmental and sustainability standards, and have many third party accreditations.
In short, all of our timber (whether floors or wall cladding) follow the UK Timber Regulations as standard, which verifies that all of our timber is legally harvested.
All of our floors are also SVOC free and have low VOC emissions. SVOCs are pollutants at the molecular level which are emitted from synthetic man-made materials such as LVT, vinyl and plastics.
