New Season Starting Soon! —Clinton Gold Sharks Swim Team Clinton Gold Sharks Swim Team is open to members and non-members. One month try-out is available for $20/child The Clinton Gold Sharks team swims under the Goldsboro YMCA. This allows the team to
compete in both USA and YMCA swim meets. It is coached by USA Swimming certified coaches. For more information, please contact

Class Descriptions: Land
Balance & Core Improve balance, core, and muscular strength with functional, Pilates-like exer-cises. Great for all skill levels. Body Sculpt This strength class will help you tone and sculpt your entire body. Look for ei-ther “upper body” or “lower body” on the schedule to find out what muscle group you’ll be targeting each week. Boot Camp Kick start your morning with this 30 minute, high intensity workout. Cardio-FIT Keep your body guessing with this full body cardio workout. A combination of interval and circuit training will keep your heart rate up to burn off the calories. Cardio Groove Hip-hop moves set to music with a great beat! Fall Prevention A combination of standing and seated exercises, this class will strengthen your mind and body to help reduce your risk of falling. Line Dancing Easy-to-follow dances set to upbeat music that you know and love. Come join in the fun and camaraderie. Low Impact This low impact class will help you strengthen and tone your body in a gentle way that is easy on the joints. Sit and Be Fit Move, strengthen, and stretch your body from a chair. Spin This low-impact indoor bicycle ride is high energy and self-paced, perfect for all skill levels. Starter Strength Go back to the basics with free weight exercises to tighten and tone your body. Great for all ages and skill levels! Step Choreographed on the bench, this traditional step class will make you sweat. Strength & Tone Strengthen and sculpt your entire body with weights, bands, bars, body weight, and much more! Yoga Improve balance, increase flexibility and strength, and soothe your soul. Zumba High-energy music and unique Latin-type dance moves make for a fun and addicting combination that is great for all ages.

Power Plunge This high energy water class is designed to help you improve cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone without the impact. It is safe for all fitness levels and swimming skills are not needed. Gentle Waves Gentle moves in the warm water allow you to gain strength and flexibility with-out putting excess strain on your joints. This is a great option for those with arthritis and achy joints. H20 Mobility This class in the warm water combines low-intensity cardio, muscle strengthen-ing, and stretching to help increase your overall mobility.
