The fantastic weather set the perfect tone for a perfect day. The golfers and non-golfers alike all had a great day. Several new members attended this year and promised to be back again in the future. Please plan to join us next year----Mark your calendars NOW for next, July 16th, 2015. We are looking into adding more activities for non-golfers as well. This is a wonderful day out of the office for networking with judges and fellow attorneys as well as camraderie among Bar Members. If you haven't attended in the past --you are missing out! Come and see why this is one of the favorite annual bar traditions. Congratulations to this year's winners!

Attorneys representing litigants in small claims matters who are certain that a trial will be necessary to resolve the dispute should advise the Clerk of this fact at the time the case is filed, or at the time counsel enters his or her appearance for a defendant who intends to proceed immediately to trial, in order to facilitate the scheduling of trial in the matter. Attorneys anticipating the trial of his or her case will extend longer than thirty (30) minutes should advise the Clerk, again, to facilitate the timely progress of trial proceedings. Attorneys are encouraged to contact the Clerk in the event they are uncertain as to the nature of any small claims matter scheduled for court. Attorneys representing litigants in small claims matters and unrepresented litigants in small claims matters who wish to be mailed a copy of any order or judgment shall provide the Clerk with a self‐addressed stamped envelope to be used for such purpose. 1:00 p.m. Unity Gardens will have ample tasks for us toaccomplish and will adjust those tasks depending on skill
