DESCRIPTIONA pale lemon coloured fruit about 1.5 – 2.5cm in diameterwith a tough star shaped core – textured much like anapple core. The core often contains very small black seedsand the thin flesh is spongy.
Lemon Aspen has a tart lemon taste with a hint ofgrapefruit. It works well with Quandong and Muntries.
