• The Magnabend 211 R is a servo controlled double bender with the capacity to bend two (2 ) #11- 40mm bars at a time.

• The 211 R has intermediate support arms that automatically swing out of the way to allow the traveling bender to pass by.

• The 211 R has a 990 mm center distance.

• The machine grips and guides the bar keeping the operators hands free of pinch points and eliminates 2-3 man bending.

• Light curtain prevents operators from entering the area while the moving bender travels.

• Automated homing at start up. • Air assisted, lighter tooling to reduce

operator strain. Tooling achives CRSI minimum hook.

• Two lift-off arms on the moving bender.

AUTOMATIC BENDERS

cAir actuated tables on both benders help assist in bending stirrups. A program-mable safety scanner prevents operators entering the stationary bending area. The scanner has two zones; a warning zone (yellow) gives an audible signal, and a shut off zone (orange) stops the bender. The 211 R has intermediate support arms that automatically swing out of the way to allow the traveling bender to pass by.
