If a report is defined in the b2Email broker session, the b2Email device will pick the broker definitions to automatically e-mail, print or archive the output coming out of Baan.

RTF files can be opened in MS-Word for additional editing.

b2Email allows you to send Baan reports in BPF format, ready to be printed by BWPrint. The advantage of this option is that reports can be printed in a remote location in the same format as produced by Baan, and cannot be viewed unless somebody has a BW Client installed.

PDF files became the Ad-Hoc standard for sending business documents by e-mail. You can send Order Acknowledgements, Purchase Orders, Reminders and many other documents as PDF files to your business partners.

You can generate a secure PDF file that:
Cannot be printed
Cannot be edited (even with Acrobat Writer)
Cannot Copy and Paste text from it

b2Email turns Baan report output to a CSV file and sends it by e-mail to be viewed by Ms-Excel. Report titles will be automatically removed by B2Email.
