Sedes™ baffles
For curves and rhythmSedes™ is our range of extruded aluminium baffles. They are manufactured by an extrusion process, meaning the aluminium base material is forced through a die to create the desired shape.
Design optionsSedes™ baffles are available in curved and plain shapes. The baffles are powder coated in any desired colour or in a wood decor of your choosing.
DimensionsSedes™ baffles are mostly a smaller size product, ranging from 25 to 80 mm in width and 150 to 600 mm in height. The standard size is 25 by 150 mm. With this size you have many baffles creating rhythm in your ceiling.

Design optionsOur Tavola™ baffles are available in five variants, from simples straight to more complex shapes. You can order them powder coated in signal white (RAL 9003) or grey (RAL XXXX), or coil coated in one of our fashionable wood decors.

DimensionsTavola™ baffles are manufactured in a maximum size of 80 mm in width and 300 mm in height.
Perforation patternsCreate acoustic comfort with one of the five available perforation patterns. Standard perforations have a diameter of 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm and 2.50 mm. A diameter of 0.7 mm is optional in a softer steel alloy (DX54) and in pre-painted material. Also perforating the bottom of the baffle is optional.

TAVOLA™ GENERAL SECTION
The Baffle Ceiling System is easily fixed with standard carriers The Baffle Ceiling System is really easy to install with standard pre-punched carriers or rostwinkel, fixing it by clamping pieces. All fixation material and caps to cover the open ends are included. Also a lighting system can be added as accessory.
Carrier dimensionsThe carrier to suspend to the baffle is featured in black colour with a length of 4000 mm and a modulation between 100 to 380 mm. Its dimensions are 50 by 40 mm.
Integrated technologyThe Baffle Ceiling System is a modular sized system that provides in open spaces between the baffles for a smooth integration of technology. For instance ventilation and lighting systems or sprinklers.

The right answer to noise pollution and reverberationThe Baffle Ceiling System is the great deal between aesthetic and acoustical comfort in loud areas. Public spaces, airports, trains stations and shopping malls have lesser problems with noise pollution and reverberation issues. For extra acoustical comfort to end-users, a non-woven tissue can be inserted into the baffle.
