The ResidenceLocated across the street from St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center—200 feet from the entrance— Barclay Street Residence Hall has 42 apartments, designed especially for the St. Joseph’s community.* The six-floor building has 14 studios and 28 one-bedroom units, each featuring:
• private bathroom
• kitchenette
• furnishings — bed, dresser, desk/chair, sofa, dining table/chairs, TV stand
• prewiring for Verizon FiOS for television/cable TV/Internet phone service, and WiFi (optional connectivity)
• individually controlled heating/air-conditioning units
The building is fully accessible and has a laundry room. It is video monitored 24/7 and security patrols visit the property several times daily.

The Neighborhood Convenient to the hospital and public transportation, Barclay Street Residence Hall’s immediate neighborhood includes several amenities: a pharmacy, supermarket, a fitness center (discount with hospital ID), and several local eateries.
