“WHAT WE GIVE OUT, WE GET BACK”
• “DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE THEM DO UNTO YOU” • This also applies to our thoughts • If we judge and criticize, even in thought, we will be judged and
criticized
.If we love and accept ourselves unconditionally and also accept others unconditionally, we will attract people into our lives that will give us the same unconditional acceptance and love.

Louise Hay’s Nine points of Philosophy
AFFIRMATION:
“I GIVE OUT LOVE AND JOY AND FIND IT WHEREVER I TURN.”
• Affirmations are anything we say or think • Positive affirmations retrain our thinking and speaking into positive
patterns and draw to us that which we want
“WHAT WE BELIEVE ABOUT OURSELVES AND LIFE BECOMES TRUE FOR US.”
IT IS IMPORTANT TO EXAMINE WHAT WE BELIEVE AND WHAT BELIEFS WE SIMPLY ADOPTED FROM CHILDHOOD
What do you believe about the following subjects? Men Sex Lack Aging
Women Your Body Prosperity Work
Love Health Success God
#2
AFFIRMATION
• Even if you do not believe this right now but it is what you want to believe say this frequently.
• If it feels uncomfortable you can say, “I am willing to believe I am wonderful and life is a joy.”
“I believe I am wonderful and life is a joy.”
“OUR THOUGHTS ARE CREATIVE.”
• Thoughts are like drops of water. They accumulate over time. • As we continue to think the same thought over and over, they grow.
Are there places where your thoughts could be more positive?
#3
AFFIRMATION
• When we become conscious of our thoughts, we can change those thoughts that do not nourish us. • We can identify the part of our body that responds when we are upset. When that part reacts we can ask ourselves, “What am I thinking? Is this what I want?”
“I approve of myself and I easily choose thoughts that nourish me.”
“WE ARE WORTH LOVING”
Do not allow your parents negative “opinions” or society’s popular prejudices to dim your light.
You are lovable! You determine your worth not anyone else.
• We do not have to earn love. • We do not have to earn the right to breathe; We breathe because we exist. • We are lovable because we exist. • We are worthy of our own love.
#4
AFFIRMATION
“I am worth loving because I exist.” • Our thoughts create our reality. What other people think has nothing to do with it.
Exercise: 1. Put your hands over your heart center and say to yourself, “I am worth loving because I exist.” 2. Turn to your neighbor and say, “You are worth loving because you exist.”
“SELF-APPROVAL AND SELF-ACCEPTANCE ARE THE KEYS TO POSITIVE CHANGE.”
#5
• When we are angry with ourselves, when we criticize everything we do, when we are abusing ourselves, our lives never work.
• Old negative beliefs are just old ways of thinking, and have no basis of truth. • When we stop criticizing ourselves, behavior changes.
AFFIRMATIONS
“I love and approve of myself and easily make changes.”
“I love and accept myself exactly as I am.” This is the most powerful thought there is.
“WE CAN FORGIVE THE PAST AND FORGIVE EVERYONE.”
• The past only exists in our minds.
• To hold on to hurts only punishes ourselves today for something someone else did long ago.
• This does not condone bad behavior, it means letting go of our “stuff” on the situation.
• Forgiveness includes forgiving ourselves.
#6
AFFIRMATION
“I live in the present moment and I easily release all past pain” • We must recognize that everyone, including ourselves, is doing the best they can with the knowledge, understanding, and awareness they have at the time. • To give up resentment replace it with understanding is to free ourselves.
• Forgiveness is a gift to ourselves.
“LOVE IS THE MOST POWERFUL HEALING FORCE THERE IS.”
• Love stimulates our immune system.
• We cannot heal or become whole, in an atmosphere of hatred.
• As we learn to love ourselves, we become powerful.
#7
AFFIRMATION
“I am a powerful channel for healing love.”
• Love allows us to move from victim to winner.
• Our love for ourselves attracts to us that which we need to help us on our healing pathway.
“JUST BE WILLING.”
• We do not need to wait until we know “how” to do all things.
• All we need to do is just be willing as our thoughts are creative.
• If you have a thought, “I am willing to release all judgment or to forgive or to love myself” you are putting that message out to the Universe.
• Repeating that thought over and over sets the law of attraction into motion.
#8
AFFIRMATION “I am willing to experience all the joys in life. Life loves me. I am safe.”
• The Universe loves you and is standing ready to help you manifest whatever you choose to think and believe.
• Be willing to have a good life
“When we love and accept all parts of ourselves, even the parts we want to
change, everything in life works.” Louise Hay
