Targeted info for your benefi t
You can a ord a new home
Before we launched our new look
and website, YPNextHome.ca, we
brought a formal focus group of
Canadians together to ask about real
estate. We specifi cally questioned
what factors in someone’s life would
make them want to move. One of
the top three reasons was the desire
to live in a di erent neighbourhood.
Respondents said they wanted
access to better schools and
amenities such as transit, shopping,
greenspace and parks.
With so many areas for you to
choose from, we created a Canada-
wide resource of neighbourhood
information and listings – on a local
level. On YPNextHome.ca, you’ll fi nd
statistical information on more than
2,700 neighbourhoods, featuring
data, listings, fun facts and more.
We’ve included a ton of
interesting info on key residential
neighbourhoods, including photos
and video tours. Check out Leaside,
for example.
We hope you’ll explore a few of the
neighbourhoods we’ve curated for
you on our new website. Drop us a
line and a photo about what you love
about your favourite neighbourhood.
We’d love to hear from you!
We’ve all heard it a thousand times:
Vancouver is expensive. One thing
that is increasing a ordability is
density. Both in the city and in
the surrounding municipalities
developers are o ering more
housing options at more price points
than ever before, meaning that
there’s something for every budget.
Previously under-appreciated
neighbourhoods all over the Lower
Mainland are getting new life as well,
thanks to an infl ux of new building
and the attendant increase in
population, and this is great news for
local businesses and communities.
Inside this issue, learn more about
new homes that are a ordable for
the average person or family.
Don’t buy into the hype: look
around and you can fi nd the home
that fi ts your lifestyle and your budget.

JUST WHEN YOU THOUGHT a good thing
couldn’t get any getter, Elements in Langley
unveils its brand new release of homes: lighter,
airier, even more stylish. “The 2016 interiors are
here now so you don’t have to wait till January to
experience these exciting new finishings, two new
colour palettes — Platinum and Iron — and totally
redesigned floor plans as well as some of our most
popular plans from previous phases,” says Tyra
Sauriol, sales manager.
See It, Buy It
“This is the last release of homes that will back
directly onto the greenbelt,” Tyra says pointing
to a lush strip of forest along the northern edge

of the property. “And with pre-sale
prices starting at $149,900, the value is
unbeatable. Plus right now you also get
the best selection.”
Clearly, the man checking out the
kitchen appliances and centre island’s
dramatic waterfall finish in Elements’
two-bedroom display home agrees. “This
floor plan is so well thought-out and the
price is really sharp. I thought I’d have
to settle for a one-bedroom resale, but I
can afford this.” He grins. “And I’m going
to get my buddy over to look at the one-
bedroom. He’s going to love it.”

“ The 2016 interiors are here now so you don’t have to wait till January.”—Tyra Sauriol
A Neighbourhood with Vibe
“This is such an eclectic, convenient
neighbourhood,” Tyra says. “There are eight coffee
shops, including three Wired Monks, within walking
distance. You’ve got easy access to multiple
grocery stores, drugstores and big box retailers.
The Bay is a seven-minute walk — I know because
I’ve done it. And talking about all the restaurants
would take hours.”
Right at home there’s lots happening too. “At
over 9,000-square-feet, Element’s Trilogy Club is
Langley’s largest private amenity building,” Tyra
says. “And because we kept our focus on low-
maintenance amenities that appeal to all ages —
things like 24/7 fitness centre, yoga studio, New
York-style lounge, chef’s kitchen —
our strata fees are still less than
many older properties in the
neighbourhood with few to no
amenities. And for all you home-
based entrepreneurs, there’s also a
boardroom for client meetings.”
The Elements presentation centre
and two brand new display homes
are open noon to 5 p.m. daily except
Fridays at 20211 – 66th Avenue
in Langley. For more information,

GETTING INTO DEBT can be a scary thing,
but I truly believe there are good debts
and bad debts. I’ll never regret taking
on a student loan to get my university
degree, and I don’t regret my mortgage,
as I need a stable and reliable place to
raise my family. I’m sure many of you are
like me when it comes to credit cards, a
little too happy-go-lucky with the plastic
– that’s the bad debt.
That is why it’s hard to determine
if the high debt-to-disposable income
fi gure that is paraded about on a
monthly basis is a sign of impending
doom for the Canadian economy, or
prudent Canadians using credit and debt
wisely to invest in their future. Here are
10 things to take into consideration:
1. Many of these studies on debt ignore
interest rates. Canadians can take on
more debt and keep their monthly costs
the same with lower borrowing costs.
2. The net worth of Canadians
is rising much faster than their
debt liabilities.
3. The average credit score for
Canadians seeking debt fi nancing has
been trending upward for fi ve years.
4. Better technology has created a
system that can better access the credit
risk of borrowers and allowed more folks
on the margin to qualify for loans, which
increases the debt-to-income ratio.
5. Fifty-six per cent of Canadians
reduced their debt in 2015 according to
a recent study, up from 49 per cent and
51 per cent in the previous
two polls.
6. Demand for mortgage and consumer
credit has slowed over the past four
years to one-third of the level prior to
the 2008-09 global fi nancial crisis.
Debt: 10 things you should know
7. The Bank of Canada stated that the
percentage of household disposable
income allocated to required payments
on mortgage debt has been relatively
stable for seven years.
8. Mortgages with loan-to-value ratios
above 80 per cent have fallen since the
last recession, and the average fi rst-time
homebuyer is now putting down 21 per
cent on a resale home in Canada.
9. Only three per cent of the Canadian
mortgage market consists of non-prime
borrowers. The large sub-prime market
was one of the culprits behind the US
housing meltdown.
10. We weary of comparisons to
the United States — di erent tax
implications, very di erent country.
There are plenty of countries that have
had much higher household debt levels
than us for nearly a decade.
In a poll conducted by Fortress Real
Developments of other residential
housing developers in Canada, none
of the respondents indicated that high
household debt was a top concern
of theirs regarding the health of
the domestic real estate market.
To read more on the debt, and see
what other responses developers
had about the housing market,

AT UNIVERSITY, DIXIE was slow paying
her cell phone bill. While her service
was never discontinued, she did carry a
balance from month to month that she
cleared at the end of each school year.
Last year, when Dixie applied for a car
loan, she was turned down because of
her less-than-perfect repayment history.
She’s worried about the future and how
her past borrowing mistakes will haunt
her when it comes time to buy a home.
Sound familiar?
If you see yourself refl ected in Dixie’s
story, no doubt by now you know you’re
not the only person in this particular
leaky boat. Unfortunately, many people
have no experience managing credit and
make mistake after mistake:
» they make their payments late
» they go over their credit limits
MORE ADVICE ONLINEypnexthome.ca/news/advice
» they have a b’zillion credit cards
in their wallets
» they miss making their payments,
or worse
» they stop making payments
completely when they feel there’s
no end to their misery.
If you’ve fallen behind and your credit
record has become tarnished, where
should you go from there?
First, you’ve got to get yourself some
credit again so that you can demonstrate
what a good job you can do managing it.
The only way to establish a credit history
is to use and repay credit. There are a
number of ways to go about rebuilding
your credit history.
Start by taking out a loan to make an
investment (another good reason to start
a retirement savings plan). Make your
monthly payments on time and build
a shiny new credit history. Since the
institution that’s giving you the loan will
also be holding the retirement savings,
the credit procedure is far less stringent
than it normally would be.
You can also ask a co-signer or
guarantor to help you get a small loan of,
say, $1,000, which you would then pay
o over three months. It would cost you
in interest, but you would be back on
track credit-wise.
Don’t want to incur the interest costs?
Apply for a “secured” credit card. With a
secured credit card, you put up cash to
cover your balance. Lenders often want
twice the credit card limit, so if you want
a $500 credit limit, you’ll have to ante
up $1,000. Once you’ve established your
ability to manage the card — anywhere
from six months to a year — you can
ask for the security requirement to be
dropped and your deposit returned.
Thinking of hiring a credit-repair
company? Don’t bother. Credit repair
companies can’t do anything you can’t
do yourself. A credit bureau will not
remove accurate negative information
from your credit report before the legal
time period has expired, so don’t get
suckered by anyone who claims they
can mop up your credit disasters faster.
There are no “loopholes.” The only way
to fi x a poor credit rating is to be smart
about how you use credit. Learn from
your mistakes and move on.

RANDOMLY TUCKING things away
in spots that are convenient at the
moment just won’t do. If things don’t
have designated homes, they never get
put away properly, making them all but
impossible to fi nd the next time they’re
needed. Find the right spot for everything
that comes into your home, share the
organizational tactics with your family
and stop being a human directory for
everyone and everything in your home.
Organizing your home
Designate a basket or drawer as your
household’s “lost and found” area.
Deposit any stray items like bobby
pins, sunglasses, earrings, etc. It’ll soon
become the fi rst place family members
look for missing objects.
What did i do with that manual?
Have you added new appliances and
electronics to your home recently?
Staple the receipt and warranty to the
instruction manual and tape it to the
bottom of the item so it’s easy to fi nd
if you need to refer to it. For portable
items like cell phones and MP3 players,
store the manuals in an accordion fi le
by category.
Where’s the remote?
Use Velcro to attach the remote to the
side of the television set when not in
use and never waste time searching
for it again. Or, consider purchasing an
electronic remote fi nder that makes a
loud, distinctive sound to help you fi nd
it (this also works for keys).
Where are my keys?
Choose a “home” for your keys and get
into the habit of always keeping them
in that spot. Hang them on a designated
hook or toss them in a bowl. Leave
a copy of your keys with a trusted
neighbour.
Everything needs a home
Whenever you bring a new item
into your home, immediately fi nd a
permanent place for it to live. To help
you determine the best spot for it, ask
yourself what else is like it, and where
(and how often) will you use it. Store
similar things together, and store items
near their place of use. Items used daily
should be placed in the most accessible
areas (within arm’s reach), whereas
seldom-used items can be stored in
out-of-the-way spaces. Keep a label
maker handy to label drawers, shelves
and containers so you don’t have to rely
on your memory when you need to fi nd
something quickly.
Organizing your life
Time spent relaxing is not time wasted.
Give yourself permission to enjoy several
agenda-free days. Leave your e-mail
and cell phone behind and delight in
some of life’s simple pleasures without
interruption. This is especially crucial if
you are self-employed and your boss
is a tyrant! We can’t get very far in life on
an empty fuel tank; we have to get o
the busy highway once in awhile
to refi ll it.

FIONA LI’S HOMEOWNERSHIP plans started earlier
than most. In fact, by the time she was a 15-year-
old attending high school at Prince of Wales in
Vancouver, she had set herself a clearly defined
goal: buy her own home as soon as she graduated
from university. She immediately got a job at Swiss
Chalet and within a couple of years, she’d saved
$14,000 toward her goal.
Like most first time buyers, Fiona always knew
that the most difficult part of buying a home would
be coming up with the down payment. So despite
the temptation to use her nest egg toward tuition
and rent, she kept her money squirreled away while
completing her degree at Simon Fraser University.
When she graduated at age 23, she immediately
began looking for a home to purchase.
“I just didn’t want to keep renting and paying
someone else’s mortgage any more — I wanted to
own some sort of property so that the money I’d
saved was working for me,” she says.
As a long time fan of the Sapperton
neighbourhood in New Westminster, Fiona soon
zeroed in on Brewery District and to her delight,
discovered that the $14,000 she’d earned as a
teenager was exactly the amount she now needed
to make a five per cent down payment on a one-
bedroom apartment with den. Today Fiona works
two jobs and is well on her way to saving the
balance of the down payment she’ll need in two
years when The Sapperton completes.
“You don’t need a million dollars to buy a home,”
she says emphatically. “Maybe people just aren’t
looking into what’s out there enough or they

OCT 30 - NOV 13, 2015 | NEW CONDO GUIDE 45
WHEN SHOPPING for a new home, more
and more people are choosing their
new home based on how much they
love the kitchen. The perfect kitchen
means di erent things to di erent
people. The following criteria include the
components that will let you know if a
kitchen is right for you.
When you’re shopping for your new
home, take these guidelines along with
you to help you rate and fi nd your
ideal kitchen.
1. Overall Look & Feel
When you enter the kitchen, you should
almost instantly feel good to be in that
space. It’s not one particular thing you
have to love, but the sense of it being
the kitchen you envision yourself in.
Rating out of 5:
» Drawn to the interior design
scheme colours.
» Functional and e cient for your
cooking style.
» Does the kitchen island o er the
seating and storage space you desire?
2. Layout
The fl ow and layout of a kitchen is
critical to enjoying your daily moments.
Are the appliances and utensil drawers
in easy-to-use areas? Is there enough
pantry space if you’re an avid baker? The
layout of the kitchen contributes to your
experience in your home so should be
taken into high consideration.
Rating out of 5:
» Do you immediately like the
circulation of the space?
» Layout and location of kitchen in
The heart of the homeWhat makes it an ideal kitchen for you?
relation to the rest of the home.
» Are the appliances and kitchen island
situated in your ideal locations?
3. Materials & Finishes
The quality of the materials is a personal
preference. Do you prefer natural stones
or love quartz options? Do you like high
gloss cabinets or traditional wood ones?
Ultimately, based on your budget and
personal preference, it will determine
your preference of the materials that are
used in the kitchen.
Rating out of 5:
» Do I like the look of the cabinets,
countertop and fl ooring used?
» Do I like the faucet and sink chosen?
» See the value of the kitchen and it’s
durability for years to come.
4. Appliance Package
The importance of the appliances falls
within your commitment of using each
one. If you’re passionate about your stir-
fry’s, love baking cupcakes from scratch,
or need ample storage for frozen food,
you’ll put higher value for di erent
appliances.
Rating out of 5:
» The look and placement of the

» The functionality of the appliances

» Each appliance is durable, functional
and easy to clean.
5. Storage Space
Where you’re going to be cooking a lot
or not, kitchen storage is almost always
important in a home. Really go through
the cabinet space, drawers and pantries
to assess if there is enough space for our
lifestyle needs.
Rating out of 5:
» Enough storage space for my pots,
food processors and dishes.
» Will there be enough room for my
non-perishable food items?
» Do I have enough cabinet space to
conceal everything I need it to?

GET SET TO LOOK UP, way up. Why?
Because Milano by award-winning
Solterra is coming to the Brentwood
neighbourhood, and you can bet that
this 30-storey, landmark tower is going
to turn heads.
“Milano is going to be something
very distinctive and unique in the
Brentwood market — a singular tower
set on a quiet street rather than
being part of a cluster of anonymous
highrises,” says Laura Rizzo, Solterra’s
vice president of marketing. “The
design is cosmopolitan with modern
European infl uences. There will be 176
luxury concrete residences featuring
one-bedroom, two-bedroom and
three-bedroom apartment residences
plus eight townhomes and eight,
three-storey live/work homes at the
base of the building.”
The Essence of Luxury
True to the high-fashion history of
its namesake, Milano interiors are
an expression of good taste: Italian
designed kitchens, spa-inspired ensuites,
air conditioning, and large — as in really
large — balconies for savouring the views
and sunsets.
Following a long-standing Solterra
tradition, the top third of the building
will feature the Private Collection
residences with exclusive premium
fi nishing packages, dramatic oversized

entry doors, and exceptional outlooks.
Some will even include private garages
— and all Private Collection homes
have at least two-car parking.
Celebrate the Lifestyle
Living at Milano means easy access
to the ever more diverse off erings of
Brentwood’s retail hub. Restaurants,
boutiques, services, parks, schools, and
transit are all within easy walking distance.
But Laura notes that since the building
will be located just south of Lougheed

Hwy, it will feel much quieter and private.
“You have access to everything, but you’re
not right in the middle of all the chaotic
hustle and bustle.”
Milano’s onsite amenities are also
poised to be spectacular. Almost
20,000 square feet of podium-level
outdoor space that includes Solterra’s
signature outdoor movie theater,
fi re pit, putting green, barbeque area
and lounge are sure to become a
favourite spot where owners can relax
and enjoy time with friends and family,

Naturally, there’s also a massive indoor

VANCOUVER
IT’S BEEN THE STUFF of alarmist headlines for
months: unless you’ve got a million bucks
behind you, forget the idea of owning a home in
Vancouver. But Beau Jarvis, senior vice president
of development at Wesgroup, is among the many
industry experts who say that argument is not only
one-sided, it’s simply not true.
“What’s lost in the current conversation is a
real discussion about how we define a home,” he
says. “I believe we’re doing a disservice to the next
generation of young people and young families
when we insist on single-family homes as the
only goal in real estate ownership. Why can’t we
raise families in smaller spaces — townhomes,
condominiums, and duplexes? Check out the stats
on supply, affordability and the household income
required to buy a $384,000 condo, and it quickly
becomes obvious homeownership in Vancouver is
not the far-off dream it’s made out to be.”
David, a recent first-time homebuyer, couldn’t
agree more. “I thought about buying for a long
time because I was tired of paying someone else’s
mortgage,” he says. “We’ve had it beaten into our
heads that housing is unaffordable in Vancouver.
But I got a two-bedroom condo in Chinatown for
$390,000, and my equity in the place has already
grown enough that my down payment has more
than paid for itself.”
“Yes, Vancouver is expensive and yes, you may not

2 bedroom homes at Town Centre:
Homes at River District are $150,000+ less
than new homes at Marine and Cambie—and it’s
just a nine-minute drive away!
Even better, River District is a rare complete
neighbourhood built on the last piece of
Vancouver’s waterfront. It has everything you
need to live well, including CLUB CENTRAL, a
private fitness and aquatic centre, 25 acres of
outdoor green space, and a public plaza with
a grocery store, restaurant, cafés and shops.
What’s nine minutes worth to you?
EXCITING, SCARY, and ultimately empowering
is how Berta describes the whirlwind of her
decision to purchase a home at Tate Downtown
in Vancouver.
Recently single, the vivacious lawyer says she
already loved living in the West End but “had
absolutely no plans to buy.” Still, always with an eye
to unanticipated future possibilities, she’d taken
the proactive step of being pre-approved for a
mortgage… just in case.
Then one afternoon she was out engaging a
favourite West End activity — a brisk walk along the
Seawall — and spotted the Tate presentation centre.
On a whim, she decided to take a closer look.
“I met Linda, the sales manager, saw how the
suites were going to be finished and how well-
designed the floorplans were, and suddenly my fear
went away. I was leaving on a business trip abroad
in less than 10 days, so I knew this was a ‘take it or
leave it’ opportunity. ” Berta’s smile is warm and
genuine. “I took it, and immediately it felt like I’d just
taken back ownership of my life.”
The next few days were a blur as Berta worked
through signing the sale documents and making
the initial installment of her down payment.
Coordinating the balance was tricky because of

Reclaiming LifeBerta Discovers Tate Downtown
her travel schedule. “But Linda and the rest of the
sales staff were amazing. They worked with me to
make it happen.”
Even Tate’s completion date of early 2018 was
perfect. “It gives me time to put more money
together for the final down payment. And since I live
and work nearby, I can watch the building as it goes
up,” Berta says.
She’s also thrilled with the unobstructed ocean
view she’ll have from her 34th floor, one-bedroom
with flex-space and balcony. “Having a sensation of
space is so important to me — and I’ll definitely have
that when I move in. I can’t wait.”
Tate will be located at Howe and Drake in
Vancouver’s emerging Beach District. For

River Green RIVER GREEN PRESENTATION CENTRE
70 YPNEXTHOME.CA
Over a year in the planning, this three-level presentation centre lays claim to being one of the largest in Canada and is a showcase of the River Green lifestyle
preview of 2 River Green’s exclusive
villas in the sky. In short, whatever your
preference, this is your chance to see,
touch, and enjoy.
And here’s an unanticipated bonus.
The presentation centre is meticulously
situated so you can see the actual
views you’ll get from some of 2 River
Green’s third and fourth floor homes.
Of course, higher up views are as close
as River Green’s digital experience —
an interactive kiosk that showcases
the entire community as well as
individual floorplans.
Celebrate Life
Amenities, too, are astonishing — a shining
example of Aspac’s commitment to bring
five-star living to every homeowner.
The grand, hotel-inspired lobby
features 24-hour concierge, bold
use of marble, and pillars wrapped
in geometrically aligned woods that
transform structural elements into artistic
highlights. To one side, an enclosed Zen
garden will separate the lobby from the
swimming pool just beyond — creating
an inviting ambiance like layers of water
and greenery.
Integrated between 2 River Green’s
two sister towers will be a lavishly
landscaped courtyard and sparkling
water garden, sundecks that appear
to float on the water, and comfortable
seating. The garden will also be designed
to look as if it connects directly with the
Fraser River just outside.
Interior amenities include an infinity
pool, whirlpool, steam room and sauna,
fitness facility with state-of-the-art
equipment, and a tranquil yoga area.
The musically inclined will be able
to practice on the piano or bring an
instrument of their choice to 2 River
Green’s acoustically insulated music
room. There’s also a private theatre
room, clubroom with large-screen
TV and chef’s kitchen, an outdoor
entertainment terrace with barbeque,
and a quiet study room.
Complementing the extensive water
features Aspac will build throughout
the River Green community, the City of
Richmond is adding a pier and floating
dock right next door on the Fraser
River. The pier will not only provide
temporary moorage for leisure boats,
it will be an amazing place to relax and
enjoy an afternoon picnic or celebrate
the sunsets.
And since staying fit is yet another
part of daily life at River Green — this
includes cycling or walking along the
38 kilometres of dike trails located,
quite literally, right outside your front
door. Aspac even provides ultra-secure
bike lockers for keeping your favourite
two-wheelers safe and sound. Or
check out the many offerings at the
23,000-square-foot Olympic Oval
right next door.
The River Green Community’s three-
level presentation centre is now open
noon to 5 p.m. daily at 5111 Hollybridge
Way in Richmond. Don’t miss this
opportunity to be part of the New Coal
Harbour. For more information visit

READY FOR A whole new perspective
on urban balance and neighbourhood
spirit? Well say hello to Brookmere, a
spectacular 28-storey tower from Onni
that’s coming soon to West Coquitlam.
Located directly opposite Lougheed
Town Centre, Brookmere will be the
first residential tower built in this part
of West Coquitlam in well over six
years, so it’s no surprise savvy buyers
are taking note. “Since we opened for
previews mid-October, response
has been overwhelming,” says Nic
Jensen, Onni’s vice president of sales.
“I’ve talked to so many people who
already live in this neighbourhood
and want to stay here but haven’t
been able to find a condominium
home they liked… until now.”
At the Crossroads
Celebrate Your ’Hood
“Brookmere is a unique site in so
many ways,” Nic says. “First there’s
the proximity to transit. You’re a
couple of minutes from the existing
Lougheed SkyTrain station for when
you’re travelling west to Vancouver
or east to New Westminster. By the
end of next year, the Evergreen Line
is expected to be operational so you’ll
have access to Coquitlam Centre and
Port Moody. And since you’re right by
Highway One or Lougheed Highway,
it’s easy to get everywhere by car
as well.”
With the area’s retail and restaurant
scene seeming to grow more robust
every week, Nic’s not exaggerating
when he says every kind of shopping

Brookmere
“I’ve talked to so many people who already live in this neighbourhood and want to stay here but haven’t been able to find a condominium home they liked… until now.”—Nic Jensen
and dining experience you can think of
is probably nearby. Plus Lougheed Town
Centre is poised to undergo a massive
revitalization in the next few years, so
you know the options are just going to
keep expanding.
“But what makes Brookmere even
more special is that it’s tucked into a
quiet part of West Coquitlam adjacent
to Brookmere Park that we will be
helping to revitalize,” Nic says, adding
that right behind the park is the lush
greenery of the Vancouver Golf Club.
“Many of the east-facing homes will
have great views of the park and the
course. If you’re facing north or west,
you’ll see Burnaby Mountain and the
North Shore Mountains, while to the
south there will be views of the Fraser
River and Mount Baker.
Your Home, Your Style
When it comes to selection, Brookmere
is a winner too. “We have floorplans
ranging from a one-bedroom with
storage and parking starting at $269,900
all the way to three-bedroom homes
with almost 1,500 square feet of space,”
Nic says. “So whether you’re a first
time buyer, a downsizer, or a growing
family, we really do have a home to
accommodate your lifestyle.”
Now if you’re thinking all this value
means sacrificing good looks, think again.
Brookmere interiors are all about luxury.
Here come a few hints to whet your
curiosity: full-sized KitchenAid appliances
including five-burner gas cooktop,
bathrooms with in-floor heating, over-
height ceilings, and big, sunny balconies
of up to 300 square feet.
“Onsite amenities, too, are going to
be amazing,” Nic says. No kidding. In
total, the Brookmere Wellness Club will
provide more than 14,000 square feet
of indoor/outdoor amenities including
a professionally-equipped gym with
yoga space, third floor outdoor terrace
with garden plots, multi-media theatre,
fireside lounge, party room, and a guest
suite for when you just want a little extra
space for your overnight visitors.
The Brookmere presentation centre and
display homes are open for previews
from noon to 6 p.m. daily except
Fridays at 150b – 3355 North Road (off
Cameron Street) in Burnaby. Priced
from $269,900. For more information
