Brent CallinicosChief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer
Brent is one of technology’s top financial executives. He served as CFO at Uber Technologies from 2013 to 2015 and prior to that was VP, Treasurer and Chief Accountant at Google from 2007 to 2013. He also ran Google’s green energy investment portfolio. Brent held various roles at Microsoft from 1992 to 2007, where most recently he was CFO of the Platforms and Services Division. He also served as Microsoft’s Treasurer from 2000 –2004 and sits on the board of PVH and Baidu.
Josh Giegel, MSCo-Founder & President of Engineering
Before joining Hyperloop One in 2014, Josh designed and tested six different SpaceX rocket engines, as well as the Dragon capsule propellant system for on-orbit operation. He also identified and mitigated the F9 flight 1 failure. His previous roles include leading R&D at Echogen and stage systems design at Virgin Galactic.

Marvin is an accomplished lawyer in innovative industries. Before joining Hyperloop One, he represented Google, Apple, Dropbox, and others on their most high-profile and significant legal issues, including antitrust, infrastructure, and network neutrality.
