3. Produce a line judge provision matrix; a quick reference guide to the numbers and cost of line judges in various configurations.

4. All line judges registered with the BLJAofE to be added to the Badminton England membership database.

5. Provide a dedicated single point of contact to manage the partnership. Reporting Badminton England will arrange an annual review meeting after the close of the competition season. To support the annual review the BLJAofE will:

1. Submit management accounts at the end of their financial year.

2. Submit a yearly update of activity (membership, training, assessments etc.). Funding This MOU is not a commitment of funds. However, each year Badminton England and the BLJAofE will agree a schedule of services and provision of subsidies that will be reviewed and renegotiated annually. Duration This MOU may be modified by mutual consent of authorised officials from the Partners and will be reviewed annually alongside the schedule of services and funding. This MOU shall become effective upon signature by the authorised officials of the Partners and will remain in effect until modified or terminated by any one of the Partners by mutual consent. Either party shall be entitled forthwith to terminate this MOU by six months written notice to the other party at any time from the start of the MOU. This MOU shall end on 31 December 2022 unless an extension is agreed between both parties; this extension to be agreed no later than 31 March 2023. Signed for on behalf of Badminton England
