But when we consider strategic HR to be a team effort, we should take lessons from the best performing team in (television) history: the A-team! Please let me know what you think. Of course, HR needs to deliver value. But it needs to deliver value in a way that is recognized by the organization. Not by lying, but by presenting the facts in a ‘form=content’-way.

When all else fails HR needs a strong arm. In the end it is HR that enforces the measures required to let employees perform and that governs the behaviour of management and employees.
