Data for the active ingredients in this formulation:Subchronic (Target Organ) Effects: Fenoxaprop-p-ethyl caused liver and/or adrenal effects in long-term dietarystudies in rats, mice and dogs. Repeated overexposure to Fluroxypyr may cause effects to bone marrow, kidney, liver and respiratory tract. Repeated overexposure to Dicamba may cause liver changes or a decrease in bodyweight.Carcinogenicity/Chronic Health Effects: Fenoxaprop-p-ethyl caused liver and adrenal gland tumors at thehighest dose tested in mice. However, there was no evidence of carcinogenicity in a combinedchronic/carcinogenicity study in rats treated with Fenoxaprop-p-ethyl. Fluroxypyr did not cause cancer inlaboratory animals. Dicamba did not cause cancer in long-term animal studies. The U.S. EPA has given Dicambaa Class D classification (not classifiable as to human carcinogenicity).Reproductive Toxicity: Fenoxaprop-p-ethyl was not a reproductive toxicant in a two-generation study in rats. Inanimal studies, Fluroxypyr has been shown not to interfere with reproduction. Dicamba did not interfere withfertility in reproduction studies in laboratory animals.Developmental Toxicity: Fenoxaprop-p-ethyl is not a primary developmental toxicant in rats and rabbits.Developmental effects were observed in both species but not considered secondary to maternal toxicity.Fluroxypyr did not cause birth defects in animals; other effects were seen in the fetus only at doses whichcaused toxic effects in the mother. Animal tests with Dicamba have not demonstrated developmental effects.Genotoxicity: In vitro and in vivo animal tests with these actives did not demonstrate genotoxic or mutageniceffects.

Assessment Carcinogenicity: None listed with ACGIH, IARC, NTP or OSHA.

MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET LAST CALLTM Selective HerbicideData on Fluroxypyr 1-Methylheptyl Ester:

Fluroxypyr 1-Methyiheptyl Ester is highly toxic to aquatic invertebrates on an acute basis (LCsoor ECsois between0.1 and 1 mg/L). Concentrations for fish were not determined because they exceed water solubility. Fluroxypyr1-Methyiheptyl Ester is highly insoluble in water. Fluroxypyr 1-Methylheptyl Ester is practically non-toxic to birdson an acute and dietary basis (LDso>2,000 mg/kg and LCso>5,000 ppm).

Data on Dicamba:96-hour [Co Bluegill: 135 mg/I Bobwhite Quail 8-day Dietary LCo: >10,000 ppm96-hour LCo Rainbow Trout: 135 mg/I Mallard Duck 8-day Dietary LCso: >10,000 ppm48-hour ECo Daphnia: 110 mg/I

Environmental Fate:Do not apply directly to water, to areas where surface water is present or to intertidal area below the mean highwater mark. Do not contaminate surface or ground water by cleaning equipment or disposal of wastes, includingequipment wash water. In laboratory and field studies, Fluroxypyr 1-Methyiheptyl Ester rapidly de-esterfiecl toparent acid in the environment. The typical soil half-life for fluroxypyr (acid and ester) ranged from one to fourweeks. Microbial metabolism is the primary degradation mechanism in soil. The typical aquatic half-life rangedfrom 4 to 14 days. Dicamba poorly binds to soil particles, is potentially mobile in the soil and highly soluble inwater. Aerobic soil metabolism is the main degradative process for dicamba with a typical half-life of 2 weeks.Degradation is slower when low soil moisture limits microbe populations. In water, microbial degradation is themain route of dicamba dissipation. Aquatic hydrolysis, volatilization, adsorption to sediments, andbioconcentration are not expected to be significant.

L 13. DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS IWaste Disposal Method:Pesticide wastes are toxic. Improper disposal of excess pesticide, spray mixtures, or rinsate is a violation of Federallaw. If these wastes cannot be disposed of by use according to label instructions, contact your State Pesticide orEnvironmental Control Agency, or the Hazardous Waste representative at the nearest EPA Regional Office forguidance.

Container Handling and Disposal:Nonrefillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container. Offer for recycling if available. Triple rinse container(or equivalent) promptly after emptying. Triple rinse as follows: Empty the remaining contents into applicationequipment or a mix tank and drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins to drip. Fill the container 1/4 full withwater and recap. Shake for 10 seconds. Pour rinsate into application equipment or a mix tank or store rinsate forlater use or disposal. Drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins to drip. Repeat this procedure two more times. Then offer for recycling if available or reconditioning, or puncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or by otherprocedures approved by State and local authorities. Plastic containers are also disposable by incineration, or, ifallowed by State and local authorities, by burning. If burned stay out of smoke.

reduce selectivity to turf resulting in turf damage. Clean and rinse spray equipment using soap or detergent and water, and rinsethoroughly before reuse (or other sprays.

SPRAY DRIFT MANAGEMENTAlt ground application equipment must be properly maintained and calibrated using appropriate carriers and surrogates. The applicatormust evaluate all factors and make appropriate adjustments when applying this product. A variety of factors including weatherconditions (e.g., wind direction, wind speed, temperature, relative humidity) and method of application (e.g., ground, aerial airblast, chemigation) can influence pesticide drift.

Droplet SizeWhen applying sprays that contain 2,4-D as the sole active ingredient, or when applying sprays that contain 2,4-D mixed with activeingredients that require a Coarse or coarser spray, apply only as a Coarse or coarser spray (ASAE standard 572) or a volume meandiameter of 385 microns or greater for spinning atomizer nozzles. When applying sprays that contain 2,4-D mixed with other active ingredients that require a Medium or more fine spray, apply only asa Medium or coarser spray (ASAE standard 572) or a volume mean diameter of 300 microns or greater for spinning atomizer nozzles.Wind SpeedDo not apply at wind speeds greater than 15 mph. Only apply this product if the wind direction favors on-target deposition and thereare not sensitive areas (including, but not limited to, residential areas, bodies of water, known habitat for nontarget species, nontargetcrops) within 250 feet downwind. If applying a Medium spray, leave one swath unsprayed at the downwind edge of the treated field.Temperature InversionsII applying at wind speeds less than 3 mph, the applicator must determine if: a) conditions of temperature inversion exist, or b) stableatmospheric conditions exist at or below nozzle height. Do not make applications into areas of temperature inversions or stableatmospheric conditions.

Susceptible PlantsDo not apply under circumstances where spray drift may occur to food, forage, or other plantings that might be damaged or cropsthereof rendered unfit for sale, use or consumption. Susceptible crops include, but are not limited to, cotton, okra, flowers, grapes (ingrowing stage), fruit trees (foliage), soybeans (vegetative stage), omamentals, sunflowers, tomatoes, beans, and other vegetables, ortobacco. Small amounts of spray drift that might not be visible may injure susceptible broadleaf plants.

Other State and Local RequirementsApplicators must follow all state and local pesticide drift requirements regarding application of 2,4-D herbicides. Where states have morestringent regulations, they must be observed.

Equipment

Do not apply with a nozzle height greater than 4 feet above the crop canopy.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONSFill spray tank with water. Start agitation and slowly add the recommended amount of concentrate. Maintain continuous agitation aftermixing and during application. If this product is allowed to stand in tank for extended periods of time, some separation may occur.Reagitate before use.

ORNAMENTAL LAWNS AND TURFApply this product at the rate of 2 to 3 pints in 20 to 240 gallons of water per acre (0.75 to 1.1 fluid ounces in 0.5 to 5.5 gallons of waterper 1,000 square feet) to control weeds growing in turf planted to Bluegrass, Fescue, Ryegrass, Bentgrass (excluding golf coursegreens and Bentgrass tees), Bahia, Bermudagrass and Zoysia.Note: On closely mowed golf course fairway bentgrass, apply this product at a maximum rate of 2 pints in 20 to 240 gallons of waterper acre (0.75 fluid ounces in 0.5 to 5.5 gallons of water per 1,000 square feet). During conditions which promote turf stress use lowerrates, ito 1.5 pints in 20 to 240 gallons of water, per acre (0.36 to 0.55 fluid ounces in 0.3 to 5.5 gallons per 1,000 square feet). Slightturf yellowing will disappear after one week. To minimize grass injury, a second application should not be made for at least 4 weeks.Avoid swath overlaps. Do not use on golf course greens or Bentgrass tees.Lower Volume Equipment: Use as little as 5 gallons of water per acre. Use only application equipment that is capable of spreadinga uniform droplet, wetting each weed surface.

NOTE: For all grasses (1) do not overlap spray patterns; and (2) use reduced rates if grass is stressed from heat, drought, etc.Limitations for Use on Ornamental Turf: The maximum rate per application is 3.75 pints per acre, and the maximum seasonal rate is7.5 pints per acre. Do not apply more than 2 broadcast applications to the same treatment site per year, excluding spot treatments. Donot apply more than 7.5 pints per acre per year, including all broadcast and spot treatments combined. Do not exceed 2.0 lb ae dicambaand 3.0 lb ae 2,4-D per acre per year. Reseed no sooner than 3 to 4 weeks after application of this product.

SOD FARMSThis product is intended for use on sod farms. This herbicide provides selective broadleaf control in warm season and cool seasonturfgrass established for commercial sod production.TimingApply this herbicide to broadleaf weeds that are actively growing. Follow-up applications may be required for dense infestations ofperennial and biennial weeds. Do not apply this product to St. Augustinegrass. The application of this herbicide to grass seedlings is not recommended until after the second mowing. The application of this product to newly sodded, spngged, or plugged grasses should be delayed until 3 to 4 weeks after the sodding, sprigging, or plugging operations. Also, applications to dormant Bermudagrass, dormant Zoysiagrass and dormant Bahiagrass aresuggested.

Rates for Sod FarmsFor Bluegrass, Ryegrass and Fescue, apply 2 to 3 pints per acre. For Creeping Bentgrass use 1.25 pints per acre. For Common andHybrid Bermudagrass, Bahia and Zoysia grass apply 1.5 to 1.8 pints per acre. Spray volume for Sod Farm application is 5 to 175gallons per acre.

Generally, the lower application rates will provide satisfactory control of sensitive weeds. The higher application rates will be requiredfor dense infestations of perennial weeds, for adverse/extreme environmental conditions, or for weeds beyond the appropriate growthstages.

Limitations for Use on Sod:The maximum rate per application is 5 pints per acre, and the maximum seasonal rate is 10 pints per acre. Do not apply more than 2broadcast applications to the same treatment area per year, excluding spot treatments. Do not apply more than 10 pints per acre peryear, including all broadcast and spot treatments combined. Minimum of 21 days between applications.

NON-TURF AREASRoadsides (including aprons and guardrails) and rights-of-way: For control of broadleaf weeds, mix at a rate of 2 to 5 pints of thisproduct per acre in adequate water to thoroughly saturate all weeds with spray mixture. this may require a spray volume of 50 to 300gallons of water per acre. Apply any time between the time when plants come into full leaf (spring) to when the plants begin to godormant. Best results are obtained when weeds are young and actively growing. Do not cut weeds until herbicide has translocatedthroughout the plant causing root death. For small broadleaf weeds, use the lower rate. Heavy, dense stands require the higher ratewith high water volume. For small (spot) applications with small tank sprayers, apply at the rate of 2-1/4 ounces of this product per gallonof water and spray to thoroughly wet all foliage, but do not exceed 5 pints of product per acre per application. For control of woody plants: Apply to both stems and foliage any time from the time foliage is completely matured until the timeplants start to go dormant. All leaves, stems and suckers must be completely wet to the ground line for effective control. Regrowthmay be anticipated on the more resistant species. Add 4 to 5 pints of this product per acre in adequate water to thoroughly saturate allweeds with the spray mixture, This may require a spray volume of 200 to 600 gallons of water per acre depending upon the height andthickness of the brush. Mix thoroughly before spraying.

Limitations for Non-Turf Areas:For annual and perennial weeds, the maximum rate per application is 5 pints per acre, limited to 2 applications per year. Do notapply more than 10 pints per acre per year, including all broadcast and spot treatments combined. Minimum of 30 days betweenapplications. For woody plants, the maximum rate per application is 10 pints per acre, limited to 1 application per year.

COMPATIBILITYThis product can be mixed with some liquid fertilizers or liquid iron materials. Because liquid fertilizers and liquid iron differ in pH, freeammonia content, density, salt concentration and percentage of water, a compatibility test (given below) is recommended prior to mixingin the application equipment. All regulations, either State or Federal, relating to the application of liquid fertilizers or liquid iron and thisproduct must be strictly followed. It is the pesticide users responsibility to ensure that all products in the listed mixtures areregistered for the intended use. Users must follow the most restrictive directions for use and precautionary statements of eachproduct in the tank mixture. The following compatibility test should always be performed prior to full-scale mixing.1. Pour 18 fluid ounces of water into a quart jar.2. Add 1 fluid ounce of either the liquid fertilizer or liquid iron to be used.

3. Add 1 fluid ounce of this product.4. Close jar and shake well.

5. Watch the mixture for several seconds after shaking and check again after 30 minutes.6. If the mixture does not show signs of separating, the combination may be used. If the mixture foams excessively, gels, separatesor gets very thick, do not combine for field application.

7. Compatibility may be improved by the use of a compatibility agent. Some suggested compatibility agents to try are Kalo LaboratoriesComplex, Farm Chemicals Inc.’s Compat, Harcros Chemicals’ T-Mulz 734-2, Rigo Company’s Rigo Compatibility Agent, WitcoChemical’s Sponto 1 68D, Amoco Oil’s Amoco Spray Mate and Universal Coop’s Chem-Unk. These agents are all used in the samemanner. Follow the previously outlined test procedures and add 1/6 ounce of the compatibility agent between steps (the compatibilityagent must be added to the fertilizer or iron before adding the product).

8. If the mixture does not separate, gel, foam or get very thick, it may be used for field application. Mix only the amount to besprayed. Do not allow to stand overnight.

This product provides both preemergence and postemergence control of crabgrass (including large, smooth, and southern species) in established lawns and ornamental turf. This product providespostemergence control of crabgrass through the 3 to 5 tiller stage of growth dependent upon location. The addition of a nonionic surfactant at a minimum of 0.25% v/v (2 pt per 100 gallons of spray) isrecommended to improve postemergence control past the 5 leaf stage of growth. Read and follow thesurfactant manufacturer’s label recommendations. Postemergence control of this product can beimproved by mowing turfgrass no sooner than two days prior and two days after application.

When applied at 2 pints per acre this product has demonstrated postemergent crabgrass control throughthe 3 to 5 tiller stage of growth in the western, southern and transition regions where warm-seasonturfgrasses are the predominate species.

For preemergence residual control of crabgrass, apply at least 0.5 inch of water after application; but inorder to optimize postemergence control delay irrigation for 6 hours after application.

Use Restrictions:

• Do not apply this product to golf course putting greens.• Do not harvest sod until 3 months or longer after application.• Do not apply this product until the turfgrass has recovered from cultural practices such as verticuttingor core-, spike-, or hydro-aerification.

SPRAY DRIFT MANAGEMENTA variety of factors including weather conditions (e.g., wind direction, wind speed, temperature, relative humidity) and method ofapplication (e.g., ground, aerial, airblast, chemigation) can influence pesticide drift. The applicator must evaluate all factors and makeappropriate adjustments when applying this product. Do not allow the herbicide solution to drift onto desirable broadleaf plants, assmall amounts of product can damage sensitive plants near the treated area. If desirable plants are accidentally sprayed, immediately rinsing leaves with water may reduce or eliminate plant damage.Droplet SizeUse a medium or coarser spray nozzles according to (ASAE standard 572) definition for standard nozzles or a volume meandiameter of 300 microns or greater for spinning atomizer nozzles.WInd SpeedDo not apply at wind speeds greater than 10 mph. Only apply this product if the wind direction favors on-target deposition and thereare not sensitive areas (including, but not limited to, residential areas, bodies of water, known habitat for nontarget species, nontargetcrops) within 250 feet downwind. If applying a Medium spray, leave one swath unsprayed at the downwind edge of the treated field.Temperature InversionsIf applying at wind speeds less than 3 mph, the applicator must determine if: a) conditions of temperature inversion exist, or b) stableatmospheric conditions exist at or below nozzle height. Do not make applications into areas of temperature inversions or stableatmospheric conditions.Susceptible PlantsDo not apply under circumstances where spray drift may occur to food, forage, or other plantings that might be damaged or cropsthereof rendered unfit for sale, use or consumption. Susceptible crops include, but are not limited to, cotton, okra, flowers, grapes (ingrowing stage), fruit trees (foliage), soybeans (vegetative stage), omamentals, sunflowers, tomatoes, beans, and other vegetables, ortobacco. Small amounts of spray drift that might not be visible may injure susceptible broadleaf plants.Other State and Local RequirementsApplicators must follow all state and local pesticide drift requirements regarding application of 2,4-D herbicides. Where states havemore stringent regulations, they must be observed.EquipmentAll ground application equipment must be properly maintained and calibrated using appropriate carriers or surrogates.Do not apply with a nozzle height greater than 4 feet above the crop canopy.
