We offer a rubber conveyor belt fitting and vulcanizing service and are pioneers with a workhistory exceeding 25 years.On-site cold vulcanizing up to 2400mm wide and hot vulcanizing is available in widths of up to 1000mm wide with risk assessments carried out as standard and method statements provided where needed.
BRC site personnel are equipped with all the necessary tool kits and are well trained , as we not only vulcanize belts for our customers but we fit them as well. It is this ‘one-stop shop’ service that is the BRC Conveyor Belt Joining unit, mobile and swift in reaction, giving our customers assurance that they are being provided with a com-plete service from one single contractor carrying our job safely. We have an express team to provide prompt joining and emergency repairs services. On-call mobiliza-tion is done within a few hours of the call.

Impact beds are pre-positioned in areas where impact loads on belt at loading zones are severe. Impact rubber and PU combination sturdy pads are individually fixed or bolted over an equally robust, rigid flame to absorb high impact energy and pro-vide much needed cushion to con-veyor belt of falling material.

Side Skirt Rubber Red/Black
Side skirt Rubber is avail-able in two types of rub-ber hardness. The red rub-ber side skirting strips are made of 45° shore. A wear resistant rubber and the black side skirting strips are made of 60° shore material. These can be supplied per meter or in rolls of 20 meter length. The customer can choose the length and hardness of the skirting rubber which will save material spillage and will provide maximum performance on the con-veyor belt application.

Skirt rubber with lip sealSingle Skirting is a dual sealing system that prevents spillage without re-quiring service to maintain an effective seal. Drum Lagging is a small diamond pulley lagging, ideal for driven pulleys with medium tensions and belt ratings. Press cured using high temprature and pressure . Lagging i BRC is proven to give significantly longer life than steam cured pulleys and will not prematurely harden causing slippage like steam cured. Our lagging features the fusion bonding layer technology which provides a superior bond to the pulley face.

Combination blades consist of two types of rubber. The black outer layer is made of 65° Shore A resistant rubber and the inner core (red material ) is made of 45° Shore A material and come in rolls of 10 meters.
The inner core of the scraper is soft and therefore flexible. If the complete scraper would be made of the harder material it would be less flexible. Therefore these blades will provide maximum performance on a simple belt application.
