Allelectronic files must be saved as eps, adobe illustrator (ver. 10 or lower), TIFF orJPG file and must be saved to size at 200 dpi or greater. All fonts and or placedimages must either be included or have been converted to outlines. We are not re-sponsible in variations in artwork if a hard copy is not included for comparison.

ARTWORK MODIFICATIONIf artwork needs to be touched up or manipulated in any way, art charges will beincurred. GUARANTEEBenjamin Martin MFG’s products are guaranteed against defects in materials andworkmanship. Repairs for defects and workmanship will be made at the factory’s cost,all such repairs to be F.O.B. Factory.

NATURAL MATERIALSBenjamin Martin MFG uses many natural materials such as wood, glass, marble andslate. These materials will have variations in color and texture; these variations are notdefects and will not be viewed as defects.

RETURNSBenjamin Martin does not accept product for return. Our products are “made - to -order” and therefore event unprinted products will not be taken back.
