We care about our key accounts by regularly conducting surveys about requirements/satisfaction with the ICV membership.

• Roland Berger:- excellent cooperation with the ICV branch office

- the offer is aimed too much at controllers and too little at CFOs‘ or managing directors – ther is also no differentiation of services for executives and other employees

- Controller Magazin is professionally well prepared, but there is still no platform for discussionAre the trends outlined or ”set” here?

- International Assciation of Controllers – the reflection of the word ‘international’ in reality is still missing

Levers for the identification of growth possibilities and of achieving flexibility through cost optimization are a priority> Outlook for 2012

> innovation & development are for the first time between the top three areas of the CFO agenda – this area has become less important in 2011

> the areas product portfolio and production are, as it has been for the last two years, rank 1 and 2 on the list of priorities

> the top four levers are future-oriented and focus on growth eg. identifying growth opportunities (79%), preparing a future-safe product portfolio (79%), planning and management optimization (76%) as well as the optimization of processes in R&D (73%)

> The other top ten levers are efficiency- and cost-oriented and are used for creating additional flexibility in order to be able to react to a possible economic downturn

DRSC

• The DRSC has changed its membership fee rules.There has been established an annual membership fee of 20.000 Euro for associations.That is why the ICV has cancelled its membership.

• The ICV has applied to the DRSC for the cooperation in the IFRS expert committee, but we received a refusal.
