P O W E R O F P R A Y E R THOSE WHO ARE SICK OR IN NEED OF HEALING Carol Amdahl, Laura Bankes, Pastor Bob Bipes, Andrea Deacon-Jones, Allen Ecker, Doris Fondroy, Tammy Foster, Margaret Hamann, Bill Han-son, Ken Heiser, Jean Hobart, Travis Holly, Tom Hugdahl, Jean Johnson, Jessica Johnson, Cheryl Klanderman, Mark Kranz, Kim Lagerstrom, Ruth Lewis, Herbert Lidtke, Dan Lindquist, Liam Loughney, Terri Pomeroy, Rosemary Riemenschneider, Dick Shager, Kay Shager, Tom Shoepf, Jear-lyn Steele, Chuck Stene, Chris Wolfgram and Valerie Woods.

THOSE SERVING OR DEPLOYED Jeffrey Berg, Charles Burns, Jordan Kein and Steven Moreus. CHRISTIAN SYMPATHY We offer our sympathies and prayers of comfort and strength for the Butch and Susan Erickson family at the death of Butch’s mother, Barbara Erickson. God bless and comfort these friends with the promise of Christ: “Blessed are those who mourn for they shall be comforted.” HEALING MINISTRIES PRAYER I find it much easier to focus my attention on God when something has gone haywire in my life than it is to sit in awe of the wonder God pro-vides everyday. It’s easier to ask for help, guid-ance and wisdom from the one whom created it all, than it is to praise Him for all the gifts, an-swered prayer and grace he bestows on my life daily. Why is that? In the midst of a hurried life, it’s been far to easy to whiz right by all the great-ness He is; the greatness He’s done, and the faithfulness He’s shown. Lord, I am grateful that I can pour out my hurts and concerns to you each day, but I must confess I struggle with acknowledging your ever presence in my life; that of looking out for me, answering my prayers, supplying me with gifts and showing me grace. Lord, help me to see your greatness and to praise your name with my whole heart. Lord, let me turn my attention off of myself and turn my attention to you. Lift my eyes to you O Lord, for in praise our hearts become one and I’m able to discern your will to be done. Amen "Let all that I am praise the LORD; with my whole heart, I will praise his holy name. Let all that I am praise the LORD; may I never forget the good things he does for me." Psalm 103:1-2 (NLT)
