IT talent is one of our most pressing challenges. The more technology we introduce to our internal processes; along with the complexity associated with VDP, we are finding it more difficult to train existing staff. We are attempting to balance the aptitude of legacy with the fresh eyes needed to carry us forward. We know we are on the right path, and at times, patience and service evolution collide.
