Rabies Clinics and Other on Campus Events• Melissa Knicely- As our organizations resume providing additional services to our communities such as rabies

vaccination clinics, etc. what do you believe are some of the key areas to ensure staff and public safety?

o Form a Logistics Team

o Social Distancing

o Appropriate PPE (Staff & Customers)

o Provide staff with masks, hand sanitizer, plastic (Plexi) shield barriers at customer service windows.

o Clean public areas frequently, (door knobs, benches) provide hand sanitizer in animal interaction areas and customer service stations.

o Provide clear directions, guidelines and share expectations. When possible share these guidelines ahead of time via all communications outlets.

o Signage

o Expectations, one way directional arrows, social distancing marks, always say thanks or we appreciate your cooperation. Include Spanish version if possible.
