BINLEY WOODS BOARD WALKERS Starting in September each year, the drama group meets in the Village Hall on Wednesday evenings to plan and prepare an annual pantomime. 2016 will be its 23

FRIENDSHIP CLUB Since the Village Hall was built, there has always been a Thursday afternoon club for older folk. They meet at 2.00pm for tea, biscuits, laughter, games and chat. Coach and lunch trips are also organised.

NEIGHBOURHOOD PROJECT Coffee Mornings are held at the Village Hall on the last Monday in the month, between 10.15am and 11.15am. They are open to all and transport is available. Village information is shared and friendships are made. We try to be aware and mindful of housebound folk and encourage good neighbourliness. Day trips are organised, using a coach with a side lift for easy access. Our October meeting is held to support a local charity and in December we hold a Christmas Tea Party.

The Parish Council meets in the Morrison Room, Binley Woods Village Hall at 7.30pm. Meetings are usually held on the third Wednesday of the month, but this may vary at Christmastime and during the summer holiday period.
Members of the public are welcome to attend Parish Council meetings. There is a standing agenda item at the start of each meeting where members of the public can raise concerns and ask questions.
Meetings are advertised on the Parish Council noticeboards around the village.

Planning Permission / Advice: The Planning Team at Rugby Borough Council
