Since July 2007, I have been working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of

Superintendent for CG PSC 2011, in the Centre Code 225. (Exam was held on 06-

05-2012).

13. Notification NO. 237/ijh{kk/2012, dated 04-05-2012, appointed as Assistant Centre

Superintendent to conduct the UTD Semester and Annual Examination for the

session 2011-12.

14. Notification NO. 195/ijh{kk/2015, dated 20.04.2015, appointed as Assistant Centre

Superintendent to conduct the UTD Even Semester and Annual Examination for

the session 2014-15.

16. Apart from all these responsibilities, I was involved in setting the Question Papers

and valued the Answer papers since I have joined the University.

1. Order No. 8096/Estb./Admn./2010, Bilaspur, dated 20-01-10, nominated and gave

responsibility to scrutinize the application forms for the posts of Deputy

Registrar, Assistant Registrar, University Engineer, Assistant Engineer, Account

Officer, Public Relation Officer, Medical Officer, Security Officer, Assistant

Security Officer.

2. Nomination Letter No. 436/Estb./Admn./2010, Bilaspur, dated 22-03-2010,

nominated as the Investigation Officer against the complaint letter by Shri R.C.

Raj on the Appointment of the Assistant Registrars, completed the investigation

and prepared the report and submitted to the Registrar on stipulated time.

3. Order Letter No. 814/ Exam./sa/2010 Bilaspur, dated 21-04-2010, given

responsibility to check the Research Degrees for the Proposed First Convocation

Ceremony on 26-04-2010.

4. Notification Letter No. 1481/Estb./Admn./2010, Bilaspur, dated 18-06-2010,

nominated as a member of Confirmation Committee for confirming the

Teachers, Officers/Employees against the sanctioned posts.

5. Notification Letter No. 818/Confidential/2010, Bilaspur, dated 21-06-2010, given

a responsibility to evaluate the Answer Sheets of Vishwavidyalaya Entrance

Test – 2010, from 22-06-2010 onwards, which has been completed on time.

6. Notification Letter No.743 /Estb./Admn./2010, Bilaspur, dated 20-04-2010, was

appointed as the Investigation Officer on the suspension case of Shri Sundar

Singh Khusro.

7. Notification Letter No.1207 /Estb./Admn./2010, Bilaspur, dated 24-05-2010, was

appointed as the Investigation Officer on the suspension case of Shri Laxmi

Narayan Pandey.

8. Notification No. 22/Estb./Admn./2011, Bilaspur, dated 24-08-2011, was given a

very big responsibility as a member of the Committee, which is to check the

documents with regard to the appointments of the Professors, Associate

Professors, Assistant Professors and Officers of Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya

on the basis of the complaints received from Government of India, SC/ST

Commission (State office of Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh).
