Assembly1. Remove sealing plugs G 1/8 including sealing ring.2. Mount adapter with O-rings.3. Tighten screws crosswise.4. Perform leak and function test.

Montaggio1. Togliere i tappi a vite G 1/8 con anello di tenuta.2. Montare l´adattatore con l´O ring.3. Stringere le viti in modo incrociato.4. Controllare il funzionamento e l´ermeticità.

Flanschflächen schützen.Schrauben kreuzweise anziehen.

Protéger les surfaces de brides.Serrer les vis en croisant.

Seul du personnel spé-cialisé autorisé peut ef-fectuer des travaux sur le MultiBloc.

Work on the MultiBloc may only be performed by authorized specialist staff.

Protect flange surfaces. Tighten screws cross-wise.

Operazioni sul MultiBloc possono essere eseguite soltanto da tecnici spe-cializzati autorizzati.

Proteggere le superfici della flangia.Stringere le viti in modo incrociato.

Grundsätz l ich nach Tei leausbau/ -umbau neue Dichtungen ver-wenden.

Rohrleitungsdichtheits-prüfung: Kugelhahn vor den Armaturen/MultiBloc schließen.

Nach Abschluß von Ar-beiten am MultiBloc: D i c h t h e i t s ko n t r o l l e und Funktionskontrolle durchführen.pPrüf ≤ 500 mbar

Niemals Arbeiten durch-führen, wenn Gasdruck oder Spannung anliegt. Offenes Feuer vermeiden. Öffentliche Vorschriften beachten.

Bei Nichtbeachtung der Hinweise sind Personen- oder Sachfolgeschäden denkbar.

Always use new seals after dismounting and mounting parts.

Pipeline leakage test: close ball cock upstream of fittings/MultiBloc.

On completion of work on the MultiBloc, perform leakage and function test.ptest ≤ 500 mbar

Never perform work if gas pressure or power is applied. No naked flame. Observe public regulations.

If these instructions are not heeded, the result may be personal injury or damage to property.

En cas de non-respect de ces instructions, des dommages corporels ou matériels sont possibles.

Ne jamais effectuer des travaux lorsque la pres-sion ou la tension sont présentes. Eviter toute flam-me ouverte. Obser-ver les réglementations.

Une fois les travaux sur le MultiBloc terminés, procéder toujours à un contrôle d´étanchéité et de fonctionnement.ptest ≤ 500 mbar

Contrôle de l´étanchéité de la conduite: fermer le robinet à boisseau sphérique avant les robi-netteries / MultiBloc.

Après un démontage ou une modification, utiliser toujours des joints neufs.

Utilizzare sempre nuo-ve guarnizioni dopo lo smontaggio oppure dopo una modifica.

Per la prova di tenuta delle tubature:chiudere il rubinetto a sfe-ra davanti ai corpi valvola / MultiBloc.

Al termine di lavori effet-tuati sul MultiBloc: con-trollare il funzionamento e tenuta ptest ≤ 500 mbar

In nessun caso si deb-bono effettuare lavori in presenza di pressione gas o di tensione elettrica. Evitare i fuochi aperti e osservare le norme.

La non osservanza di quanto suddetto può im-plicare danni a personne o cose.
