AUTO RENTAL INSURANCE

Your card provides insurance coverage for theft

or damage up to the value of most rental cars,

when the following conditions are met:

The entire rental transaction must be

completed using your BMW card.

You must decline the car rental companys

Collision Damage Waiveroption or similar

provision.

Coverage is for rentals that do not exceed

15 consecutive days within the U.S., and

that do not exceed 31 consecutive days

outside the U.S.

To file a claim:

Contact 1-888-BMW-CARD to file a claim.

You must report the accident immediately.

Most states require you to file no later than

20 days from the date of loss.

This coverage is secondary to your primary

automobile insurance policy and provides

coverage on an excess basis.

This insurance does not provide liability
