THE BECKER BULLETIN Community Work Day On Saturday, April 28 th , a local organization will be bringing volunteers to Healthy Learning Academy from 9:00-11:00 a.m. to help with a variety of tasks. Join us in some light yardwork, cleaning, and organizing in order to help us keep HLA beautiful on both the inside and out! Yearbook The Week In Review Miscellaneous SS : We’re taking a break from SS until after the math FSA. Afterwards, we’ll be learning about the American Revolution. ELA : This week, we focused on sequencing, active and passive voices, and our suffix, “-less.” Next week…FSA testing!!! Math : We’re trying to finish measurement and geometry before FSA testing! Science : We are currently studying forms of energy, and will test before FSA. Word of the Week : Our word of the week was “persistent.” In the movie Batman Begins, Bruce Wayne’s FSA With FSA testing right around the corner, we’ll be doing a lot of cramming to cover everything that needs to get accomplished.
