General Conditions
TuscanyAll organizes and gives the tours described in this pro-gram under the administrative authorization of the Provincial Au-thority of Florence, no. 425 dated 24/01/1995. The programme conforms to the text established according to the D.L. 111/95, approved by EEC regulation 90/314. The contract is governed by the law provisions no.1084 dated 27/12/1977, ratification and enactment of the International Convention relating to the Travel Contract (C.C.V.).In the case of cancellation, if the cancellation is communicated to TuscanyAll at least 9 days prior to the date of the tour in que-stion there will be no penalty charge applied. If the cancellation is made from 8 to 3 days prior to the date of the tour in question, the penalty charge will equal 10% of the gross total. For cancel-lations that are made less than 3 days prior to the date of the tour in question, the penalty charge is 100% of the price paid. If for any reason TuscanyAll cancels the tour, the client has the right to reimbursement for only the actual amount paid.No reimbursement will be made in the case of no-shows. Likewi-se, no reimbursement will be made if the client gets lost during the tour or does not take part in the entire tour.During high season, despite the time of reservation, museum entry could be subject to delays which are not fault or respon-sibility of TuscanyAll. When TuscanyAll is obliged to change the programme due to operational difficulties or to reasons beyond the control of TuscanyAll (such as travel conditions, strikes, chan-ges in opening hours, museum closures, delays or other) an alter-native itinerary and/or visits to other museums will be proposed without variation to the established tariff, and the client will be informed as early as possible prior to the tour departure.
In the case of any unexpected increase in prices exceeding 10%, the tariffs will be adjusted and clients will be notified in writing as early as possible prior to the tour departure. TuscanyAll is not responsible for damages caused by third parties or by greater forces. Moreover, TuscanyAll is not responsible for objects that are lost or stolen from clients while on our tours.Client complaints must be made to TuscanyAll in writing within and no later than 10 days after the date of the tour.
