BNG Boot Camp Reservoir runs four times per week at Binnak Park Oval.
Monday nights are Boxing Boot Camp at 6:30pm. Tuesday morning’s are Body Blast Boot Camp Reservoir held at 6:00am. Wednesday’s Fitness Boot Camp Northern Suburbs Melbourne is held at 6:30pm and our Saturday Fitness Boot Camp is held at 7:30am.
All our Boot Camp instructors are fully qualified and experienced. They will motivate and drive you to conquer your fitness goals.
BNG Boot Camp will assist you with, weight loss, building muscle tone, injury rehabilitation, core strength, improving cardiovascular fitness, looking and feeling great.
