THIS FULL RELEASE OF LIENS, dated effective as of August 14, 2019 (the "Effective Date"), is from Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Collateral Agent for the Secured Parties (as defined in the Mortgage referred to below) (in such capacity, "Mortgagee"), whose address for notice hereunder is 1000 Louisiana Street, 9 t h Floor, Houston, Texas 77002, to Cantium, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Mortgagor"), whose mailing address is The 111 Park Place Building, 111 Park Place, Covington, Louisiana 70433. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined have the meanings set forth in the Mortgage referred to below.

WHEREAS, Mortgagor executed and delivered for the benefit of Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Collateral Agent, that certain Mortgage, Fixture Filing, Assignment of As-Extracted Collateral, Security Agreement and Financing Statement dated as of June 30, 2017, recorded as set forth on Annex I hereto (as amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified on or prior to the date hereof, the "Mortgage");

NOW THEREFORE, for valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Mortgagee hereby RELEASES and DISCHARGES all of the rights, titles, interests, liens and security interests held by or on behalf of Mortgagee created and existing under the Mortgage, and does hereby TERMINATE the assignment of As-Extracted Collateral and proceeds of As-Extracted Collateral made in favor of Mortgagee under Article III of the Mortgage.
