1 Twister Express

The new Twister Express is up to six

times faster than the original

Twister, and up to three times faster

than the Twister Duo. With replace-

able plastic guards to prevent dam-

age to the plastic pipe, the Express

model focusses on safety as well as

speed. Only available for 4” pipes.

2 Twister Duo

The Twister Duo is an upgraded

version of the Original Twister. The

new front metal panel features more

carbides which are larger than the

previous model, making it not only

up to three times faster, but also

enabling it to perform light liner

removal for 4” & 6” cast iron pipes.

3 Twister Mini

The Twister Mini is a brand new

Twister designed for 2” & 3” plastic

pipes. The unique design features a

spring action which gives the small

Twister great flexibility to navigate

tight bends. The metal front drill

The award-winning Smart Cutter™ offers the latest

in small branch rehabilitation 1 1/4” -8”.

This unique system has successfully reinstated over

30,000 branches worldwide to date inside cast iron,

concrete and clay pipes.

The Smart Cutter™ not only eliminates the need for

traditionally expensive methods, but its user

friendly and fully customizable design also greatly

reduces training and maintenance costs and can

also be used as an aid for robots or for the Twister

to achieve a smooth finish.

Navigating 90° bends and diameter transitions ef-

fortlessly, the Smart Cutter™ accurately shapes

openings without accidental damage to the original

pipe.

A great remedial tool, the Smart Cutter™ also

removes lead, nails, roots, fins and epoxy slugs as

well as other inconsistencies such as wrinkles in the

pipe.

BRANCHING OUT

Achieve more with less time and a much smaller

budget. Offer small drain rehabilitation from 1 1/4”

-8”. Packages can be customized. Starter kits are

available in all common sizes and are a popular

Solutions for drain cleaning

1 The Original

An all-round general cleansing and grinding

chain, the Original is more effective than tradi-

tional water jetting methods.

A great value quality chain that will not rust, this

is highly regarded as the first choice for many

technicians, cleaning cast iron pipes quickly &

easily.

Available in the following sizes:

1/2” shaft, diameter 8”/6”/4”/3”

1/3” shaft, diameter 6”/4”/3”/2”

1/4” shaft, diameter 1 1/4”

2 The Cyclone

For use with pipes that are in bad shape or even

cracked. The centrifugal force is evenly distributed

inside the pipe. By maintaining a central position,

the Cyclone circular chain does not bang against

the side of the pipe when in use, making it a much

safer and efficient method.

The Cyclone is also used to eliminate any excess

debris after using the Twister Duo to remove

collapsed liner inside cast iron pipes.

MINI MILLER

MAXI MILLER

MIDI MILLER

Sporting a 55’ range, the Mini Miller is for use with 1/3”

shaft. It is suitable for cleaning inside pipe diameters 2”-

4” or 2”-3” when used with the Smart Cutter™ or Twister.

Weighing 70lbs the Mini Miller has an electric motor, 600-

3000rpm with 1200w output. Featuring a lightweight

aluminium frame, the Mini Miller is perfect for working

inside buildings. It also has two wheels to facilitate

transportation.

With 39’ of 1/2” cable, the Midi Miller is suitable for drain

cleaning or powering the Smart Cutter™ and Twisters

inside diameters 3”-8”. An adapter for 1/3” shaft is avail-

able for 2” drains. Weighing 106lbs with 1800rpm and

1200w output, the Midi Miller also has an electric motor

and safety clutch. With a push/pull system and stair glides

for easy transportation the Midi Miller is a great all-round

machine.

The new Maxi Miller has an impressive 100’ of 1/2” cable.

It is suitable for drain cleaning or powering the Smart

Cutter™ and Twisters inside diameters 3”-8”. An adapter

for 1/3” shaft is available for 2” drains. Weighing 182lbs

with 2000rpm (motor)/1000rpm (shaft) and 1500w out-

put (motor)/3000w output (shaft), the Maxi Miller fea-

tures a high-performing electric motor and safety clutch.

With a push/pull system and glides for manoeuvring

stairs, the Maxi Miller is an efficient powerhouse. A lock-

ing system keeps the shaft steady during transportation.

More lining solutions

A SIMPLE CURE

Curing Cap & Liner Compressor

During the curing process the Curing Cap replaces

the need for a large and expensive drum, which can

be deployed to another site. Several curings can take

place simultaneously, in an apartment building. The

cap fits neatly under the sink allowing residents to

occupy their living space as normal. The Liner Com-

pressor secures the sock while the cap is being fitted

so that no pressure is lost. Available for 2”- 8” pipes.

LINING MADE EASY

Picote technical workshops

Picote offers customized training events to suit your

needs, from one day to one week and for individu-

als, small or large groups. Currently available at the

Picote Innovation Center in Finland, with workshops

planned for the US and the UK in 2014. Our skilled

technicians will take you through Picote’s own lining

techniques and solutions, including re-instatement

and drain cleaning, for completely renovating small

diameter drains from 1 1/4”- 8”.

A CLOSE CUT SOLUTION

You can now quickly and easily remove excess

cured pipe that has overshot during lining into the

main line with our new Picote Pipe Cutter. A sim-

ple solution — attach special panels to your Smart

Cutter™ hub and cut the excess piece through the

lateral.

Available for 3”/4”/6” pipes.
