enables multiple functions. The bridge travels on rolling elements permitting greater

speed. The spindle carriage travels on prismatic guides in an oil

bath ensuring rigidity and precision. The spindle travels vertically on prismatic guides fitted

programmazione della macchina tutti i componenti elettronici ed elettrici sono prodotti da

primarie aziende mondiali per assicurare in caso di guasto una facile reperibilità dei pezzi di ricambio ed assistenza praticamente ovunque nel mondo.

Per operare la macchina in modalità manuale tradizionale e per facilitare alcune operazioni che l’operatore deve fare all’interno dell’area di lavoro, la macchina è dotata di una comoda pulsantiera portatile che permette di comandare le sue principali funzioni.

Programmingand system management the machine is operated and programmed from a touch-screen

color monitor installed on a practical hanging control console which is easy to move and rotate facilitating operations. the machine is controlled and managed from the CNC remote

PC. Platform system utilized is windows. the operational and management control software installed not

only utilize windows to its full potential, but are user friendly and easily interfaced with the user’s system. the color “Touch-Screen” monitor enables easy and quick

machine programming to ensure spare parts are easily sourced in the event of system

failure and technical assistance is available at a world level, all electronic and electric components are manufactured by the world’s leading producers.

The machine is provided with a convenient portable push-button control panel to facilitate manual machine operations from inside the work area. This portable control panel is provided with the main machine operating controls.

L’operatore opererà la macchina utilizzando la semplice pulsantiera portatile, il laser per traguardare i tagli e leggendo le quote di taglio sul video touch-screen.

The machine operating in manual mode is very simple, fast and intuitive and can be performed by non-experienced operators which have no knowledge in electronics. The operator controls the machine utilizing both the simple portable push-button panel and the laser tracing the cuts, while reading the cutting depth displayed on the “touch-screen” monitor.

Automatic cycle for cutting repetitive rectangular pieces (such as floor tiles)In this mode the machine automatically performs a series of longitudinal cuts (each cut can be set at the desired distance), the table automatically rotates by 90° and the machine proceeds with the transversal cuts (each cut can be set at the desired distance).

Taglio in ciclo automatico direttangoli non ripetitivi posizionati a piacere all’interno della lastraI rettangoli da ottenere vengono semplicemente disegnati sul video touch-screen con l’editor della macchina. Se la macchina è completa della fotocamera digitale, sul video touch-screen viene riprodotta l’immagine fedele della lastra da processare, altrimenti la forma poligonale semplificata della lastra deve essere disegnata sul video touch-screen con l’editor della macchina, oppure venire “acquisita” utilizzando il tracciatore laser. Automatic cycle for cutting non-repetitive rectangular pieces positioned as desired on the inside of the slabThe rectangular pieces to be cut are simply designed as graphic templates utilizing the editor function tool and displayed on the “touch-screen” monitor.The simplified polygon shape of the slab can also be designed and displayed on the “touch-screen” monitor utilizing the editor function tool or this shape can also be “obtained” utilizing the laser to trace the template.The simplified polygon shape of the slab is displayed on the monitor as a graphic template and the operator at this point can arrange the various rectangular pieces to be cut on the inside of the slab as desired. The laser can also be used to trace-out any defects in the slab which can be then excluded from the template when cutting.

NFK/NThis expansion software allows to automatically cut the slabs into polygonal pieces (for example, steps for spiral staircases). If the machine is equipped with the digital camera, the true image of the slab to be processed is reproduced on the “touch-screen” monitor, otherwise the slab simplified polygonal shape must be designed on the “touch-screen” monitor utilizing the machine editor program, or it may be “acquired” using the laser tracer.Any possible slab defect displayed by the digital camera or, failing that, traced-out by the laser tracer, is obviously excluded from the useful cutting area.

Questa espansione software consente di tagliare in ciclo automatico le lastre in forme poligonali (per esempio gradini di scala a chiocciola). Se la macchina è completa della fotocamera digitale, sul video touch-screen viene riprodotta l’immagine fedele della lastra da processare, altrimenti la forma poligonale semplificata della lastra deve essere disegnata sul video touch-screen con l’editor della macchina, oppure venire “acquisita” utilizzando il tracciatore laser. Gli eventuali difetti della lastra visualizzati dalla fotocamera digitale o, in mancanza della stessa, delimitati con il tracciatore laser, vengono ovviamente esclusi dall’area utile di taglio.

I poligoni da ottenere si possono o disegnare sul video touch-screen con l’editor della macchina, oppure importare da file DXF, oppure si può acquisirne la forma semplicemente sovrapponendo sulla superficie della lastra delle sagome in dimensione 1:1, ed allineando il tracciatore laser con i lati della sagoma. Al termine dell’acquisizione l’operatore potrà spostare le sagome elettroniche all’interno del perimetro di taglio ed avviare il ciclo di taglio automatico delle sagome. A seconda del programma impostato il disco può iniziare e terminare il taglio in qualsiasi posizione interna della lastra.Operando sul touch-screen, di ogni sagoma si potrà inoltre modificare la forma, definire a piacere la sequenza dei tagli, specificare il percorso del disco (esterno per le forme, interno per i fori).

Acquisizione delle forme poligonaliThe polygonal pieces to be obtained can be either designed on the “touch-screen” monitor utilizing the machine editor program, or imported from a DXF file, or their shape can be acquired by simply placing 1:1 scale templates on the slab surface and aligning the laser tracer with the template sides. Once the shape is acquired, the operator can move the electronic templates on the inside of the cutting perimeter and activate the automatic cutting cycle. Depending on the type of program selected, the saw blade can start and complete the cut in any position on the inside of the slab. Furthermore, utilizing the “touch-screen” monitor, the operator can modify the template shape, set the desired cutting sequence and specify the saw blade path (external for shapes, internal for holes).

Expansion software for“optimizing the slab surface area”and work order managementThis expansion software allows to both load the work orders on the machine control unit and define the quantity of pieces to be cut for each required shape, therefore enabling the automatic optimization of the slab surface area. If the machine is equipped with the digital camera, the true image of the slab to be processed is reproduced on the “touch-screen” monitor, otherwise the slab simplified polygonal shape must be designed on the “touch-screen” monitor utilizing the machine editor program, or it may be “acquired” using the laser tracer.Any possible slab defect displayed by the digital camera or, failing that, traced-out by the laser tracer, is obviously excluded from the useful cutting area.It is possible to perform this type of optimization for both rectangular and polygonal stonework. The operator can either accept the optimization grid proposed on the monitor or he can modify it by simply “moving and repositioning” the templates on the inside of the cutting perimeter.

Questa espansione software consente il caricamento degli ordini sull’unità di gestione della macchina e la definizione delle quantità dei pezzi da evadere per ogni formato. Permette quindi di ottimizzare in automatico lo sfruttamento della superficie della lastra. Se la macchina è completa della fotocamera digitale, sul video touch-screen viene riprodotta l’immagine fedele della lastra da processare, altrimenti la forma poligonale semplificata della lastra deve essere disegnata sul video touch-screen con l’editor della macchina, oppure venire “acquisita” utilizzando il tracciatore laser. Gli eventuali difetti della lastra visualizzati dalla fotocamera digitale o, in mancanza della stessa, delimitati con il tracciatore laser, vengono ovviamente esclusi dall’area utile di taglio. L’ottimizzazione è possibile sia per rettangoli che per poligoni. Il video propone all’operatore uno schema di ottimizzazione che l’operatore può accettare oppure variare “spostando e riposizionando” sul video le sagome all’interno del perimetro di taglio.

This expansion software enables to profile billets utilizing a vertical or horizontal “comb” technique with diamond saw blade, according to geometrically complex surfaces.The shape of the profile to be obtained is directly programmed on the machine utilizing a simplified CAD program (fitting out the machine), or it may be imported from a remote PC.The shape of the billet to be profiled and its shaping are displayed on the “touch-screen” monitor.Since the machine can operate with interpolated axes, it is possible to create pieces with complex spatial shapes as well.

Questa espansione software consente di sagomare masselli con lavorazione a «pettine» verticale o orizzontale con disco diamantato secondo superfici di geometria complessa.La forma del profilo da realizzare viene definita in macchina con l’utilizzo del CAD semplificato fornito a corredo, oppure importata da un computer esterno. La forma del massello da sagomare e la sagomatura dello stesso vengono visualizzati sul video touch-screen.

Grazie alla possibilità di effettuare la lavorazione in interpolazione sugli assi, si possono ottenere anche pezzi di forma complessa nello spazio.

Optional Optoelectronic Copier for obtaining stonework design from a hardcopyThis optical copier is mounted on a purpose support provided next to the spindle disc holder unit and precisely scans the hardcopy positioned on the machine table.Axes X and Y are interpolated to scan the drawing, the data received as coordinates is elaborated by the software. To create complex stonework axes X, Y and Z are interpolated and the system elaborates two different templates to create a single template.The operator only has to program the initial coordinates and the required “step” for profiling, which consists of the various cutting depths (for example 3÷4 mm for rough grinding and 0.1÷0.2 mm for fine grinding).

Il copiatore viene fissato su apposito supporto accanto al mandrino portadisco, ed esegue il riconoscimento del profilo esattamente come da disegno appoggiato sul banco della fresa.Interpolando i movimenti degli assi X e Y viene fatta la scansione del disegno e i dati vengono acquisiti dal sistema gestionale sotto forma di coordinate.Si possono anche acquisire due sagome diverse e poi interpolarle assieme gestendo gli assi X, Y e Z, così da ottenere una sagomatura secondo una geometria complessa.L’operatore dovrà soltanto impostare le coordinate di partenza e lo “step” di sagomatura, ossia l’incremento di passaggio disco (per esempio 3÷4 mm in sgrossatura, 0,1÷0,2 mm in finitura…).

La macchina può essere fornita di sistema (opzionale) con fotocamera digitale per riprodurre l’immagine reale a colori della lastra da tagliare sul touch-screen a bordo macchina, oppure su altro PC. L’operatore con il mouse delimita sul video i difetti della superficie ed il perimetro della lastra, ed inserisce al suo interno i pezzi da ritagliare ottimizzando lo sfruttamento della superficie. Se dotata di espansione software “ottimizzazione dello sfruttamento della superficie della lastra” e gestione ordini (opzionale), l’ottimizzazione è realizzata in automatico.Le operazioni di riproduzione digitale dell’immagine della lastra ancora da processare, di definizione dei difetti e del perimetro, e di ottimizzazione avvengono mentre la macchina sta lavorando la lastra precedente

Foto digitale a colori della lastra The machine can be fit with a digital camera as an optional accessory, which reproduces a true colour image of the slab to be cut on the “touch-screen” monitor installed on the machine, or on a remote PC.Utilizing the mouse, the operator traces out any defect on the slab surface and the slab perimeter, and then positions the pieces to be cut within the slab template, thus optimizing the slab surface area.If the machine is supplied with the expansion software for optimizing the slab surface area and work order management (optional accessory), the optimization is carried out automatically.The digital image reproduction of the slab to be processed, the tracing out of both the defects and the slab perimeter and the slab yield optimization are operations which are all managed whilst the previous slab is still being machined.

The work-table rotates on a slewing ring-bearing which is protected and lubricated. The movement is controlled by an inverter-controlled motor reducer. The work-table can be pneumatically locked in the positions from 0° to ± 180°.

The new FK/NC 800 TURBO featuring a table rotation and axis movement speed which is much higher than that of the standard machine, is now available.By way of illustration, see the slab shown here under: using the standard machine, the cycle time needed to cut the slab into six rectangles is 13 minutes and 30 seconds, while it will take just 11 minutes and 30 seconds using the TURBO version, with a 15% saving in time.
