the traditional path from education into employment is straining to cope with the change in the way the world works.for students, the old model

of internships and graduate programmes cannot cope. companies are under increased pressure to reduce costs and maintain the pipeline of high

quality talent for their businesses. universities are tasked with improving employability at a time when the market is more challenging than ever.

it’s time to change the rules.

the finishing school has been built to meet the shortfalls of an education system that is under pressure to deliver against curriculum and league tables rather than allow the opportunity to apply academic potential into a real world setting.

set against a typical business cycle, the modules are a mix of technical and core training delivered by our team in conjunction with experts from your own sector. there is a real life product to be delivered by the trainees over the course of the programme in the guise of the high-vis programme which is to be delivered in real life. the final output from the training is the delivery of a summer school for all mentees of the schools outreach work which must be delivered on time and on budget.

training includes finance, project management , report writing, influencing, customer services and change management. each module is also topped off with a practical day applying what has been learned over the seven days.

curriculum to ensure a genuine difference in the next generation of potential scientists, enigneers and technolgists.
