Ventures, Consortium, Foreign Constructor or

Project Owner

Documentary Requirements:

Renewal - 24 to 9; four weeks to four days

Joint Ventures - 10 to 3; one day processing time

“Reset, Rebound, and Recover”

100% foreign participation through the following:

Corporate Recovery and Tax Incentives for Enterprises (CREATE) Law

Effective 01 January 2022, will reduce corporate income tax from 30% to 25%, and further down to 20% in the next five (5) years.
