• Estimated $500k investment to re-concept 3 spaces

• Coolgreens is a local brand with 6 metro locations. The store provides fresh

farm-to-guest appeal and a strong tie to the community

• Open daily 5am until 30 minutes before the last scheduled flight on the west

concourse

• The addition provides a fresh updated space needed in the west concourse

• Will generate higher revenues and greater profitability for the airport



Below is a sample of Coolgreens’ current street-priced

menu. DNC and Coolgreens are still working to

finalize the airport menu and pricing.


• Tucker’s Onion Burger is part of Oklahoma City’s A Good Egg Dining Group

which has a strong portfolio of restaurants that are favorites among metro

dinners

• Tucker’s currently has 4 metro locations

• Tucker’s will open 5am till 7pm daily with the exception of Saturday when it

will remain open until 30 minutes before the last scheduled flight.

• Staffing will allow for 4 to 5 employees per shift to take care of the guest.

• Cinnabon® is now one of the world’s most-recognized and sought after

brands

• This will be the first full-size Cinnabon® in Oklahoma as all others are the

mini Cinnabon® inside the Schlotzsky's locations in the metro area

• Cinnabon® will open 5am till 7pm daily with the exception of Saturday when it

will remain open until 30 minutes before the last scheduled flight

• Due to the expiration of the contract agreement with Sonic in December

2016, Delaware North opened a temporary replacement in that location

• Route 66 Express fills the burger need while offering high quality food in an

express time frame, compete with the fast pace of the other quick serve

restaurants

• The same premium ingredients used in our full-service location are being

used in the Express location

• Route 66 Express will open 5am till 7pm daily with the exception of Saturday

when it will remain open until 30 minutes before the last scheduled flight

• The location will operate for approximately 120 days until Tucker’s opens in

the space.

In the spirit of “Keeping It Local,” DNC will be using Red Prairie Design

Group and Globe Construction to design and build out the new concept.
