NTHALE IRON ORE PROJECT: DEFINING RESOURCES AND TARGETING A WORLD CLASS ASSET IN MALAWI

Based on the outcomes of field studies and exploration, the Nthale iron ore project has significant mineable potential. The Britannia Mining development strategy for Nthale is to define and develop an iron ore resource of at least 100 million tons, which constitutes a World Class Iron Ore Deposit. This will be achieved by targeting 20 million tons from the Nthale Hill site, developing and defining the potential of the occurrence down to a depth of 100m. We will then explore multiple additional drill targets in the Nthale area to generate a further 80 million tons of ore.

NEAR-TERM TARGETS 2013/2014 We aim to:

• Define the resource potential• Confirm minerals to depth• Prove the geological concept• Define potential mineral extensions

Prior to Phase One Drilling a Pre-drilling Plan will be created by the geological consultants at Bastillion Resources, who have been working with Britannia Mining on initial scoping at the Nthale site. Thereafter, resources will be deployed to engage suitable drilling contractors that meet Britannia Mining’s strict corporate guidelines for appointing third party contractors. We are developing a corporate governance framework to reflect best practice and recognized mining industry standards concerning process, methodology, environmental issues and health and safety protocols.
