Giuseppe Garibaldi(July 4, 1807 – June 2,1882) was an Italianmilitary and politicalkey figure. In histwenties, he joined theCarboneria, aclandestine group ofItalian revolutionarypatriots aiming at re-unifying the Italianstate, at that time splitunder a number ofdominions (Piedmont-Sardinia, Papal State,Kingdom of the Two

Sicilies, Austrian Empire and some minor Duchies andPrincipates). After an unsuccessful insurgence, Garibaldi fledItaly and participated to the War of the Ragamuffins and tothe Uruguayan Civil War as the leader of a legion of Italianvolunteers. Then he moved back to Italy, where he acted as acommander in the various battles of the Italian Risorgimento, the political and social movement that merged the differentstates of the Italian peninsula into the single state of Italy . Hewas called “the Hero of Both Worlds" as a tribute to hismilitary successes in both Italy (thus Europe) and in SouthAmerica. He is considered an Italian national hero. Garibaldi's popularity, his skill at rousing the common people, and his military exploits are all credited with making theunification of Italy possible. He also served as a globalexemplar of mid-19th century revolutionary nationalism andliberalism. Garibaldi, along with Giuseppe Mazzini and other Europeanssupported the creation of a European federation. ManyEuropeans expected a unified Germany to become aEuropean and world leader and to champion humanitarianpolicies. This is noticeable in this part of the letter written byGiuseppe Garibaldi to Karl Blind on 10 April 1865."The progress of humanity seems to have come to a halt, andyou with your superior intelligence will know why. The reasonis that the world lacks a nation which possesses trueleadership. Such leadership, of course, is required not to dominate otherpeoples, but to lead them along the path of duty, to lead themtoward the brotherhood of nations where all the barrierserected by egoism will be destroyed. We need the kind ofleadership which, in the true tradition of medieval chivalry, would devote itself to redressing wrongs, supporting theweak, sacrificing momentary gains and material advantage forthe much finer and more satisfying achievement of relieving

the suffering of our fellow men. We need a nation courageousenough to give us a lead in this direction. It would rally to itscause all those who are suffering wrong or who aspire to abetter life, and all those who are now enduring foreignoppression".

DB BROADCAST

A garage storyThe company was founded in1975 by a young electroniccomponents salesman, LucianoDitadi, and a client of theelectronic components company,Franco Bertella,. Ditadi wasalready a local radio enthusiastwith a degree in electricalengineering, providing technicalassistance and maintenanceservices to the first localbroadcasters in the Veniceregion, north-eastern Italy.Ditadi and Bertella decided tolaunch a business together, offering solutions andequipment to meet the needs ofthe new radio stations. Ditadiprovided the engineering know-how and a healthy dose ofyouthful enthusiasm; Bertella, with 15 years of experiencebehind him, was able to providefinancial discipline and a keenentrepreneurial eye.

As often happens in businesssuccess stories, Ditadi andBertella’s adventure began in agarage, Bertella’s one. This wasthe cradle of the DB Group, andthe site where the first low-power FM transmitters werebuilt. At that time, with the FMspectrum being still a largelyunexplored territory, these unitswere likely adequate to get youon the air and tolet your stationto be heard even at a remarkabledistance. A sudden marketsuccess brought a surge indemand. Customers queuedoutside the garage to get homethe equipments as soon as theycame out from the productionline. This story, told with somenostalgia, points out one of thekey factor of the business modelthat today, on a very differentscale, characterizes the DB

brand: good value for money isthe key to success. It is a successthat in 1976, just a year afterDitadi and Bertella joined theirefforts, led to establish theircompany. They resigned from theirprevious jobs and officially setup the DB ElettronicaTelecomunicazioni Sncpartnership. The partnershipbecame a joint-stock company in1982, with the DB parentcompany remaining such eversince.Rossella Giuliato, who joinedDB while very young and now is asource of company history, andIlario Giacomini, who hasworked on the technical side ofthe business since the dawn ofthe DB Group are still a keypresence in the company..

Growing upIn 1986, DB began evolvingbeyond the FM radio sector. DBinvested significant resources intelevision R&D and hired a teamof specialist engineers. Within ayear, DB was able to publish itsfirst catalogue of TV technology.By 1990, the range of DBsolutions was complete. In 1993, DB recruitedGuglielmo Feliziani, a just-graduated telecommunicationsengineer. He started as adesigner and moved up tomanage the technicaldepartment, also becoming apartner in the company in 1996.In 2000, with the retirement ofBertella, Feliziani had theopportunity to increase his staketo the same level as Ditadi’s. Thiswas not a case of acquiring a

“silent partner”, but ayoung, new partner fullyinvested in the company. The idea of Bertella andDitadi, to take a forward-looking decision for theircompany, was perfectlyclear.

EBS “deluxe” arrivesEBS Srlwas set up by DBElettronica in 2004, thuscreating the DB Group

(later ETT Srlwas added to thegroup, too). The move alsoinvolved acquiring some of thetechnical staff of the Abruzzi-based company ABS, includingMassimo Rossi, an EBS partnerwho is currently technical chief atEBS. Although EBS operates inthe same markets as DB, it ispositioned as a “luxury brand,”offering complex, customizedsolutions to a more demandingcustomer base. EBS clientsinclude leading national publicand private broadcasters fromboth Italy and abroad. The overview of the DBmanagement team would not becomplete without mentioningthe gracious presence of ElenaDitadi, who has stood out at theDB stand at trade shows aroundthe world since the 2000 NABShow. On 4 July 2006, just aheadof her graduation inCommunications Sciences, sheofficially joined the company. Her first task was marketing, witha special focus on WesternEurope, francophone Africa andthe Americas, as well as salesnetwork coordination duties.

Present and futureToday, DB Elettronica hashundreds of authorized dealersworldwide, featuring a globalmarket coverage. Nearly 80% ofthe markets covered arestructured with direct B2Brelationships, and only a few arehandled via second-levelcommercial relationships. This close contact and friendshipwith clients helps DB maintainingthe original philosophy of thecompany early ages.On the commercial side of DB,three managers work alongsideElena Ditadi: Beatrice Martin, who covers the same areas asElena; Luisa Finetti and ElenaImhoff, who together are incharge for the Asian and otherEastern markets. The entire staffis directly coordinated by LucianoDitadi and Guglielmo Feliziani.Further boosting the commercialstaff is Ilaria Cavinato; as headof after-sales assistance, she is akey figure for the company. MS.Cavinato takes care of various

technicalaspects of thecompany life:from tenderprojects tocustomizedmanuals. DB isparticularlyproud of itscustomizedequipmentmanuals thatprovideCustomerswith specific, clear and direct assistancetailored to the design of theirsystems.Andrea Targa is in charge ofthe technical aspects of designand production, managing ateam of seven engineers..

Walls that speakThe continuous corporateevolution of the DB Group isevident in the opening its newpremises in Padua: RivieraMaestri del Lavoro, 20/1; Tel:+39-049-870-0588; Fax: +39-049-870-0747; website: www.dbbroadcast.com.Within the 5,000-square-meterfacility there are 1,200 squaremeters of stylish office space forthe company’s commercial, technical and administrativemanagement. The remainingspace is used for production, testing and warehousing.DB, taking into considerationboth the headquarters staff andthe other group companies, has atotal workforce of about 60people, two-thirds of whom areinvolved in production. The newPadua facility was made possibleby the sales of 2008. That year, the DB Group generated aturnover of more than €10million with an excellent profitmargin. Not used to rest on its success, the DB Group continued with itsestablished philosophy ofinvesting profits back into thecompany; a move that points outthe optimism and confidence DBsees looking forward. In terms of international activity, other than the branch offices insome strategic places, DB is re-

organizing all the distributors‘network all over the world. Thegroup responds to the evolutionof the times by exporting notonly products but also an all-Italian style of business, a styleborn of creativity, competenceand enterprise.

M-THREE SATCOM

M-Three Satcom is in thebusiness of broadcast servicessince 2004: in the same year thecompany Teleport in SanGiuliano Milanese started itsoperations, and now a newfacility in Rome is ready to belaunched. The strategy pursuedby the company, strengthened bythis new project, is very sound, and is focused in two maindirections: on the technical side, continuous investments andimprovements on infrastructure,on the customer side, high levelof attention to the customer andwide flexibility in providingtailored commercial andtechnical solutions.M-Three Satcom operates one ofthe digital platform for DTHsatellite services on Hot Birddirectly from Italy (a rare andvaluable asset), and, in the pastfew years, has built a number ofsatellite transmissions servicesaround this asset, which becamethe core of the system. Theservices provided by thecompany include turn-keysolutions (on a regular oroccasional basis) for satellite orradio-link transmissions andoptical communications. All this, plus the synergies withfellow companies Telsat endElber and , recently, Onetastic, have made M-Three Satcom alandmark in Italy.

The new Teleport in Rome M-Three golden asset is the

Milan teleport, which has developedand grown servicesaround this facility inits 7-year life. Theteleport is a real hub, connecting differenttrasmissiontechnology just as aport is the hub forsea, vehicle or railtransportation;inside the teleportsatellite, radio linksand optical technologies arematched and used in the bestconfiguration for a specificcompany or area. Milan teleport also hosts thecompany fleet of vans forrecording and broadcasting, theresearch lab, the support servicefor the system integration areaand obviously the monitoringsystem and customer service, both working 24 hours a day. With both knowledge and coreoperations centralized, M-Threehas the required know-how toprovide turn-key solutions forevery broadcast need; thetechnical staff blends practicalexperiences and theoreticalknowledge, thus becoming acentre of excellence in Europe.M-Three Satcom teleport isconnected to Interoute opticalnetwork: with the appropriatemix of all the resources(Interoute capability anddiffusion, recording andbroadcasting vans, radiolink andteleport satellite connections),

optimization of services and costreduction can be achieved attotal ease.M-Three do not rely only onInteroute network: a proprietarynetwork GbE (GigaBit Ethernet)is linking primarily the twoteleports of Milan and Rome, and reaches also the companymost important customers(Italian and Europeanbroadcasters): EBU (Eurovision)sites of Geneve and Rome areconnetcted to this network too.All the services provided by M-Three (from point to point linkto multicast diffusion for IPTVand OTT) are provided on aturn-key basis with all therelevant compressiontechnologies (thanks also to theVAR-Thomson Networksagreement)

The new site will beready in SeptemberThe new Rome teleport will startoperations on September 2011. Itwill be located in the same facilitywhere the main node ofInteroute in Rome is (viaCornelia, in the via Aurelia area),and it will be a direct expansionof M-Three Satcom services inthe Rome area. The proximitywith valuable clients and the

detailed diffusion of the serviceare the key issues which drovesuch an expansion. The new Rome site will host anoffice area and a technical area(both inside and outside themain building), and its structurehas been built with the sameaccuracy in detail and quality, asthe San Giuliano teleport. Theorganization (teleport, veichlearea and area system integration)is also modelled on the same site.

A very importantstep ahead“We have good relationshipswith our clients; from these welearnt about their needs andinvested in this new teleport thatwill fulfill their expectations.”says Michele Magnifichi. “Also,Central and South Italy are keyareas in the broadcast panoramaand we wanted to take fulladvantage of a local installatitonin these areas. This facility allowsus to increase our distributioncapability, to achieve geographicredundancy inside Italy both forM-Three Satcom and our partnerteleports, to guarantee ourclients to reach quickly both ourrecording and broadcasting vansand our techincal personnel incase on-situ assistance is needed

M-Three andEutelsat’s Ka-Sat KA-SAT is Eutelsat latestchallenge; KA-SAT operates onthe Ka frequency band (26,5 –40 GHz).KA-SAT was launched by theProton rocket from Baikonur onDecember 26th, 2010, and isequipped with four groups of

multifeed antennas, with thehighest pointing precision andwide customization available. To focus on a specificgeographic area (small in size,if compared with actualsatellite standards), 82spotbeams are available: thisfeature entitles the KA-SAT asthe most advanced multi-spotsatellite currently inoperations, worldwide. Eachspotbeam is associated with a237 MHz transponder, andprovides a 475 Mb/s band. Themultispot design allows to re-usethe same frequency on differentantennas, each serving notconfining geographical areas:with this feature, KA-SAT usesthe same frequency on 20different antennas, thusenhancing the actual band of thesatellite up to70 Gb/s (definitelya cosmic value). Main uses of KA-SAT includes Internet nomadicaccess, company networks, IPtelephone services or medicalservices. Innovative broadcastservices can also be carried out.M-Three exploited the mostadvanced features of KA-SAT todesign and launch an innovativeservice on the broadcast market.A new compact van, with lowcosts in fitting and operation,

with a high degree of modularityhas been designed and built. The van relies on Fiat Ducatomechanics, fitted with pre-connected modules (“cases”) ,ready for plug-and-play. Each“case” can host a completeproduction system focused on adefined environment: video SD,video HD, audio, terrestrial or satreceiving system, or anycombination of the previousaccording to the needs of thecustomer when working on thefield. The most importantinnovation is the connectionbetween each case and theremaining devices stably fitted onthe van: a simple RJ-45 cable willdo the job. This van has acomplete IP architecture, andthis completes KA-SAT featuresvery smoothly and efficiently.Time by time, according to theproduction to perform, the vancan be equipped just with themodules specific for the job. After the connection with the in-board devices has been made, with the RJ-45 cable, all “case”devices will automatically set-upto operate together with the vandevices. KA-SAT also exploits on-line booking for the satellitespace, no more operator-conducted booking will benecessary: personnel working on

a production in the field maybook their space on-line, savingtime and with a ease inconnection up-to-now unknown.High speed in data transmission(allowed by the particular designof KA-SAT) allows a very cost-effective way of work even inHD-satellite-news-gathering.The Tooway terminal device hasa maximum speed of 40 Mbps(for downloading) and 10 Mbps(for uploading). A furtherupgrade, available in a short time, will increase these values up to50Mbps (download) and 20Mbps (upload)

The target of any developmentprocess are the customer’s need, priorities and requirements andbased on these we utilize thetechnologies, components andtopologies that best fit theproduct. Of course, we take fulladvantage of earlier designs tofully benefit of our previousexperiences and our knowledge. However, for somedevelopments this is not enoughand we have to stress the matterto find the optimal solution.During the developmentprocess, we continuously checkthat the result will meetapplicable laws and standards aswell as the required certificationsand environmentalconstraints defined in the designspecification. Each market segment has its ownset of requirements that must beconsidered andfulfilled. The relevantrequirements are not of coursethe same, but they all have onething in common:They all haveprecisely defined demands forvoltage, current, power, andperformance to ensure reliableand continuous operation. Inselecting the optimal powersupply it isessential to ensure that thecharacteristics of the powersupply are correctly matched to

the application needs. Forexample, in the medical sector, where the continuous operationof a power supply can be amatter of life or death, bothsafety and reliability issues aremajor concerns. Our long and very broadexperience in power supplydevelopment enables us to offeryoucustom designed products for awide variety of electronics: fromsmall to very large, from oneinput to many inputs, from ultralow voltage (few V) to highvoltage (10’s of kV), etc.Our top skills are in complexdesigns with many outputvoltages, high isolation andtoughenvironmental conditions. With many years experience indesigning power supplies there ispractically noapplication beyond ourcapability. TELECOMUNICAZIONI GHISELLINI

We announced in the lastedition of this Best of Made inItaly, with the arrival of EdoardoBosco, that the company wouldlaunch a brand new productline, based on the mostadvanced MOSFET technologysolutions. This promise has beenkept, and todayTelecommunications Ghisellinican offer a catalog with a strongseven-power solutions to theradio market .

The EXC complete catalogFollowing the tradition of allGhisellini equipment, beingdesigned and built in-house, thelast period have seen thedevelopment of these newproducts, all aimed at the FMmarket and all solid-state. Theline, denominated GB, includesthe following units: the EXC30GB (exciter); the EXC30Plus GB (an enhancedversion); the EXC 500GB(500W exciter); the EXC1000GB, the EXC 2000GBand the EXC 3000GB(complete transmitters) and theEXC 10.000GB (a 10-kW unit, complete transmitter). All the units into this powerrange can be supplied either as"all in one", or as “plug-indevices” to be connected andready to go on the air, or to bepurchased separately, or only forpart of modulation/excitement,

or just as amplifiers.Starting from the mediumpower, the key characteristics ofthe 1-kW transmitter are itscompact size (a total of 2 or 3U,on request, for the power, encoding and amplificationdevices) and, thanks to thetechnology implemented, itslow power consumption figures, less than 1.6 kW for an effective1-kW signal. For buyers of medium- and low-power systems, we know howimportant the weight of theequipment is. Keeping theweight down facilitates

transport and installation. Andthe Ghisellini EXC 1000GB inthe 2 U version weights just 13kilograms. It has an output of 1kW, takes up just two rack unitsand is no heavier than a fewbottles of mineral water! Theadvantages of a system that oneperson can move and install onhis own are clear. The exciter is housed in a singlerack unit and weighs less than 4kg. It is fully microprocessorcontrolled and can deliver up to30W pilot power (but alsodirect transmission in typicalgap-filler applications). From a

physical point of view, we coulddefine it as a ‘pocket’ systemeven though it boasts top-quality technology. This exciter includes anintegrated stereo encoder(more money saved!) and isavailable in two versions: anentry-level configuration and afully-equipped one. They havethe same characteristics in termsof radio frequency but theentry-level model does not havethe IP control capability of theenhanced version. Both versionsfeature GPRS and GSMfunctions.

All these products are alreadyavailable and we are glad topoint out that some of them, were already delivered and arenow on-air in foreign markets. In terms of service features, therange has (as options for allmodels) GPRS and GSMcapabilities, ensuring stable andreliable remote control that isalso flexible with regard to alarmfunctions and operating statuschecks.Another news is the optionalavailability of a digital AES/EBUembedded, of any power.

Ever more AfricaLast year we already reportedthe business concluded in theAfrican continent byTelecomunicazioni Ghisellini. We remind now that Ghisellinihas supplied some of its 1-kwunits with exciters for a radionetwork in Sudan and an 8-kWunit to renew an existing system(with a power increase) inGuinea Bissau. It is also worthmentioning that in thesespecific installations, Ghiselliniincluded a photovoltaic powersystem with solar panels thatwas still at planning and design

stage. In some installations, solarpower constitutes the onlysource of power; in others, itoperates as an integratedblackout recovery system. In allcases, there are panels, batteriesand inverters. Ghisellini is currently planning asecond installation of thephotovoltaic system to feed aradio station in Mansoa (GuineaBissau). A plant capable of providing apower supply with peak powerup to 27 kW is underdevelopment. As part of its‘turnkey’ approach, Ghisellinialso arranged for thedevelopment and installation ofGhisellini-branded transmittermasts and antenna systemsbased on Ghisellini projectspecifications.

Ghisellini on lineTelecomunicazioni Ghisellini is acompany based on sounddecisions, and granting the rightsolutions without the frills; acompany that does not want tomake us believe the opposite ofwhat the story is. It is a tailor, nota clothes factory, and it offers astyle of tailoring the way it used

to be: tailoring provided by justa small group of people, butpeople with a lot of experiencewho know how to handle qualityraw materials. Tailoring byprofessionals who really knowhow to cut the cloth and whothen deliver a final product of avalue that it would be hard tofind elsewhere. The capabilities of the materialsmanufacturers that Ghiselliniworks with ensure that itcan also handle largerorders, without, ofcourse, jeopardizing theGhisellini “house style”.Don't hesitate to askTelecomunicazioniGhisellini for developingbrand new equipment(small series welcome!),as well as to designentire networks, all ofthem tailored to suit yourvery specific needs.

VECTOR

Based in Rome, Vector can relyon a skilled team of engineersjoined together by the sameenergy and spirit aimed atsatisfying every customer’sneeds.Over the years, the good resultsobtained by Vector have allowedthe Company to gain animportant position in the Italiantelecommunication industry.Today, almost all main Italianoperators use software solutionsdeveloped by Vector. In recentyears, following the stronggrowth of dissemination in theterritory, particularly as far asbroadband access andbroadcasting are concerned,Vector has expanded its horizonsentering foreign markets with itsproprietary solutions.Vector’s software solutions aredesigned and implemented in itsdedicated software factory, which invests in the growth anddevelopment of its products untilthey appear to be adequate andupdated to satisfy market needs.Beyond important TLCoperators, broadcasters andservice companies, Vector’sproducts are currently used byItalian agencies for territoryenvironmental control, as well asby the Italian Ministry ofCommunications forinternational coordination.

Activities Vector has focused its attention

on the following subjects:software solutions, territorialdata and radio planning services.Vector operates specifically inradio network planning anddesign, providing softwaretools for the design, evaluation, management and simulation ofradio frequency networks frombroadcasting to microwaveand point-to-multipointnetworks, from broadbandwireless access to environmentalimpact and very low frequencymagnetic fields generated by thedistribution of power lines. The current tool structure ishighly modular and divided intoconfigurable modules to meetevery need. Vector offers its customers afully integrated cartographicmanagement. Beyond theDTM (Digital Terrain Model)available at different resolutionsand quality, multi-map layers canbe used: land use clutter forground occupancy description, borders, population clutter, vector and raster data for all thecountries in the world. In network planning services, the added value of Vectorconsists of its skills in developingsolutions, based on knowledgeand ability to implementdifferent national andinternational standards andregulations. Its know-how,together with the ability to tailorand customize solutions for

specific requirements, are itsother strengths.

Focusing on: Point to Point Microwave radio links for thebroadcast industry, as well as therecent transformation processthat involves networkadjustment for high capacitylinks in order to handle theexpected increase in traffic data, need qualified and reliabletools. In fact, the new engineering of atransport network is anextremely complex process thatcannot be achieved without theaid of specialized planning tools.WinRPT is the point-to-pointsolution thought to managemicrowave networks from earlyplanning to automaticfrequency assignment, topological network analysisand report generation. Featuressuch as analysis and verificationof a radio link, link budgetevaluation, availability, quality, margin, losses and, finally,

interference calculations are ofcourse standard featuresincluded in the software.

Focusing on:Radio/TVBroadcasting An ever increasing demand forbandwidth in wireless networksdue to multimedia-basedapplications brings along newchallenges that need to beovercome. New standards like WiMAXmobile (Worldwideinteroperability for MobileAccess) and the more recent LTE(Long Term Evolution) are bornfor this purpose and togetherwith them new problems havearisen. The interference issuebetween digital TV and the new‘4G’ mobile phone networks isjust one example. Researchindicates that, in a significantnumber of cases, new mobilenetworks will interfere with thesignals necessary to transmitdigital television. In this scenario,as well as in typical broadcasting

matters, Vector offers itsdedicated solution: WinBDC.WinBDC allows user to performcoverage and interferenceanalysesworking on 3D solidmodeling of the region. The steady attention that Vectorturns to the needs of the market, talking with its customers andassiduously participating innational and internationalevents, has generated many newfeatures that continuously helpto enrich the heritage ofWinBDC. Actually, the realstrength of the tool is the verystrict adherence tooperators’ demands. WinBDC produces accurateresults, confirmed by ourcustomers’ measurements in thefield. The high level of reliabilityis guaranteed by a particularattention to evaluation methods,ITU/ETSI regulations andimplementation of propagationmodels specific for broadcastingtechnology. The need to prevent networksfrom interfering each other is areal example of Vector’s listeningto the industry. ThroughWinBDC Vector’s customers arenow able to optimize time-delay of multi-transmittersscenarios in SFN networkssimply analyzing the critical areasand “moving” the interferencewhere more favourable. Theability of knowing everygeographic and radio detail ofthe point "under test",considering a list of points in thecritical area, means to be able tooptimize the network by

assigning the time-delay valuesthat are more suitable for thesituation under test. The analysis is strengthened bythe ability to compare graphicaland analytic results. Elaborationsproduced by WinBDC or,alternatively, obtained fromoutside can be merged with theaim of assessing which of theanalyzed coverage maps satisfiesthe requirements. Which aretypically the percentage ofserved area and populationdensity maximization.WinBDC seeks several goals:assisting users in creatingnew networks, adapting theexisting networks to the lastgeneration and finallyoptimizing the result.

New applicationsNew tools for the Creation ofAntenna Diagrams have been setup. Starting from a picture ofan antenna diagram in .BMPformat (cartesian or polardiagram), the tool returns thenumeric values in .TXTformat. In this way, diagramswill be easily suitable for readingin WinRPT and hence available tobe inserted in the database. The recent introduction of theonline license offers newhorizons, too. A new application, external to WinRPT, whichprovides access to the RadioData Base (RDB) via anyclient unit in IP network actsas a go-between user friendlytools for consultation of the RDBdatabase (without needing aclient of WinRPT) and the

marketing department. Databaseinspection, research throughaccess filters, reports generation, representation over Google andstatistical analysis are now aconcrete possibility.

Why choosingVector?Among the many answers we cangive to this question, I would saythat the most significant, withreference to the contextdescribed above, is the following:Vector does not limit itself todeveloping and offering itsproducts, but providescustomers with a completesupport which allows usersto benefit from theSOLUTION that best fits theirpurposes, and makes it workquickly. The reliable structureguarantees that, from the verybeginning, customers will receivea unified and harmonictreatment, thanks to its technicaland commercial staff working intight cooperation. Real-timecontinuous customer support, akey element in Vector's domesticexcellent performance, has beenimmediately extended to itsforeign customers, applying the

same well established system.

Looking fordistributionThanks to its specializedcommercial and marketingstructure, Vector nowadaysattends many events to listen tothe market needs and tobroadcast its brand. It is for thispurpose that, in recent years,Vector has increasinglycommitted itself to findqualified agents ortechnology partnercompanies needed to help theCompany in disseminating itsbroadcasting solutions all aroundthe world.
