1. Cost Effective and Totally FlexibleThe modular design of the eircom broadlink 3200 allows cost effective start up andsubsequent expansion for small businesses. The basic system configuration is 2 lines and 8 extensions and can grow to 20 lines and 40 extensions which means it is a smart solution for a smaller business environment - you only pay for what you need now, then expand your system as your business grows. The system also supports 30 channel PRI or 15 channel fractional rate

2. Stylish Range of Telephone Setseircom broadlink 3200 has an innovative and stylish range of feature telephone sets that incorporate dual coloured LED buttons, allowing users to differentiate between incoming and busy lines.

3. Call Handling ModuleThere are 3 services offered through this optional module.

(a) Voicemail: With voicemail, you’ll never miss a business call again. Project a more professional image plus avail of the added convenience of remote message retrieval and remote notification.

(b) Auto Attendant: Allows clients dial into the desired extension without operator assistance. Use customised messages to support this feature or dial by name the extension.

(c) Courtesy Service: Customise a message for your clients to advise that call is being queued.

4. Direct DiallingDirect Dialling (DDI) can improve call routing and enhance call management. A customer can have one basic rate line with ten direct dial numbers

5. Call GroupsThe hunt and call group settings makes it easy for the smallest of businesses or branches to implement customer relationship management services such as customercare, technical support, telesales, order taking and reservation lines.
