KEY OBJECTIVES• To help golf coaches in the specialised field of
junior coaching
• The establish a development pathway
• Introduce a ‘first-touch’ programme to help grow the game
• Work with talented youngsters of various age groups to help them improve their game and their understanding of the game
• Work in local schools to introduce the game to a new generation of potential players
• Establish key relationships and offer help, support and mentoring on an ongoing basis
