Migration from one plan to another :
Migration from one prepaid plan to other (except Pyari Jodi ) will be allowed. In order to facilitate easy migration from one plan to other, the following Migration Vouchers may be used. These are initially available on C-Top-up only.
Note : Migration Voucher of Rs. 19/- is withdrawn and is invalid for migration. Top-up vouchers :
There will be no recharge vouchers from now for extension of validity. All the existing C-topup vouchers are withdrawn & all printed recharge vouchers have been converted to Top-up vouchers and will be allowed as top-up vouchers. (iii) The PYARI JODI plan will be provided as new mobile connections only. (iv) The Pyari Jodi plan is to be offered through BSNL CSC only after verification of existing landline

(v) Only specially configured SIMs allotted for PYARI JODI should be provided with the plan. FRC of Rs. 33/- is applicable for these SIMs through CSC only.

Procedure for JAI JAWAN Plan implementation
1. The prepaid Jai Jawan plan is to be offered through BSNL CSC only subject to verification of the
credential. The personnel may be asked to produce copy of the Identity card to verify the genuineness of the customer.
2. Only specially configured SIMs allotted for JAI JAWAN plan should be provided with the plan. FRC of Rs. 32/- is applicable for these SIMs through CSC only.
3. The scheme of 20 min free Voice call to two BSNL Mobile/Fixed/WLL numbers any where in the country while in Home LSA or National Roaming (BSNL Network) can directly be provided to the customers through CAF Entry in “Sancharsoft” at all SSAs of MP Circle. The Mobile number will be provided Jai Jawan Plan within next two working days from the issue of the connection.
4. Customers of Jai Jawan plan can avail reduced call rate facility. The procedure to avail the facility is same as that given under normal prepaid plans.
