BT MeetMe VoIP Data sheet BT MeetMe VoIP extends BT’s high quality reservationless audio capabilities from within Cisco WebEx ® so that users can join a WebEx meeting as a VoIP participant. The user simply selects the most appropriate BT MeetMe audio option* to suit their circumstances from within WebEx. BT MeetMe VoIP is ideal for locations where access charges are particularly high or where PSTN (fixed line telephone and mobile phone) access is limited. Any BT MeetMe VoIP-enabled host can schedule calls with any scheduling tool, including WebJoin, WebEx One Click and Cisco Productivity Tools. All participants will have the option to join using BT MeetMe VoIP. Once in a WebEx session, the user can choose to join as a BT MeetMe VoIP participant by selecting 'Call using Computer'. BT MeetMe VoIP extends BT’s high quality reservationless audio capabilities from within Cisco WebEx® so that users can join a WebEx meeting as a VoIP participant. The user simply selects the most appropriate BT MeetMe audio option* to suit their circumstances from within WebEx. BT MeetMe VoIP is ideal for locations where access charges are particularly high or where PSTN (fixed line telephone and mobile phone) access is limited.

What does the user get?

How BT MeetMe VoIP works

• Schedule BT MeetMe VoIP conferences using the standard WebEx tools including Cisco Productivity Tools or BT WebJoin.

• Via WebEx, connect to BT MeetMe VoIP through a PC.

• PSTN or BT On-net participants can join the same conference call.

• Start the BT MeetMe VoIP call by clicking on ‘Call Using Computer’.

• A stereo headset is recommended for the best audio quality.

• Use the same interface to join via PSTN dial back, VoIP or BT On-net.

BT MeetMe VoIP supports:

• Cisco WebEx Meeting Center, Training Center and Event Center.

• Browser as for WebEx centers.

What features are available?When a user is connected using BT MeetMe VoIP all the usual BT audio integration features are available via the keypad in their WebEx browser, so from the WebEx application a user can:

• mute/unmute as a participant

• mute/unmute as a chairperson

• initiate a dial back to connect via BT MeetMe VoIP or via PSTN

• initiate break out rooms/practise sessions

• see the active speaker

• initiate video switching on active speaker

• use the interactive setting available for a chairperson, or any participant to open the audio call

• access dedicated BT Conferencing helpdesk support.

• Value-add features that make conferencing easier: free-to-install tools that make it easy to schedule, view, manage, control and monitor your calls.

• Future-proofed, as we develop new services and features we’ll continue to integrate these with Cisco’s product portfolio.

• BT MeetMe VoIP participants can access BT's *0 help desk support and other audio controls by using their soft keypad in WebEx.

The soft keypad can be selected once a user is in the conference from within the Audio Conference dialogue box.
