INTRODUCTION
This assignment is based on the different types of buildings and their available facilities and
services. It also covers how the facilities and services are managed.
The report is comprised of observation and photos taken during various visits to the buildings
required. It includes our observation on their maintenance and management.

My Place is an apartment which located at Subang Jaya SS15 which is just beside Asia Café.
It is deliberately arranged inside of the clamouring business territory of SS15. It is hard to
find this apartment due to the shop around has totally has covered up the apartment. The
entrance of the apartment is beside The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf which shown at picture
below. It is considerably easy access due to nearby shop and 2 minute walk reach to nearby
college which are Taylor College, Inti College and Metropolitan College. The My place
apartment mostly rent out for the student who study nearby the college.
