Computer Education Services in 591 schools of Odisha under ICT scheme on BooT basis
TCIL is executing ICT@School Project in 591 Government and Government Aided Higher Secondary Schools across the State of Odisha.
Computer Education Services in 1500 schools of Uttar Pradesh under ICT scheme on BooT basisTCIL is executing ICT@School Project in 1500 Government and Government Aided Higher Secondary Schools across the State of Uttar Pradesh.
The objective of project is to establish fully furnished ICT computer labs and provide the Computer Education and Computer Aided learning to students. ICT lab infrastructures including Computer Hardware, Accessories, Softwares, e-content, LAN cabling, Power cabling, painting of room, lighting, exhaust fan, earthing etc have been carried out in each school. There is also provision of Internet connectivity in each school. One full time instructor has been provided at each school with IT / Computer background for providing Computer Education to students.
The project has been awarded in three districts Jajpur, Jagasinghpur & Kendrapada for 591 schools. The works include setting up ICT lab consisting of Computer Hardware, peripherals and infrastructure works for Computer Lab. Infrastructure works covering latest LAN cabling, Power cabling, painting of room, lighting, exhaust fan, earthing etc have been carried out in each school. One full time instructor has been provided at each school with IT / Computer background for providing Computer Education to students.
TCIL is implementing ICT@School Project in Government and Government Aided Higher Secondary Schools across Delhi, for providing Computer Education Services and maintenance of equipment, on Build, Own, Operate and Transfer (BOOT) model” by Department of Education, Delhi. The project is under execution phase.
After installation of ICT labs, students from class VI to XII will get benefit for Computer Education and Computer Aided Education in different subjects.

TCIL is executing a project for “Implementation of class room based Video conferencing solution in 15 NIFT centers a c r o s s I n d i a i n c l u d i n g bandwidth provis ioning & central site on cloud from Service provider.
Video Conferencing (VC) facility and Network setup in centers includes the necessary Hardware & Software for 15 class rooms, one each in 15 centers, Audio Video equipments, coloring, lighting, etc. Central site is on cloud with recording & streaming facility. Infrastructure created in this project will enable 15 NIFT centers to deliver lectures, conduct meetings etc through video conferencing.
