Zaheer Vakil: Hon. Chairman

Qualifications: ACSM - Camborne School of Mines, UK; Experience: 50 Years

Mr. Vakil is a veteran of the construction industry working with B&M since 1963. He had joined B&M in1963

as an employee and was promoted as a partner in 1971.

Kumar Krishnan: Managing Director

Qualifications: B.E.(Civil); Experience: 34 years ; Mr. Krishnan has worked in various parts of India and

the Middle East. In his last assignment he was the President (Operations) of Vascon Engineers. He

specializes in turnkey projects in industrial, IT parks and integrated townships.

Bharat Bhorkar: AGM

Qualifications: B.E.(Civil); Experience: 33 years ; Mr. Bhorkar started his with B&M in 1979 with industrial

projects and got into residential sector in 1997 and has since then been heading all residential projects. He

also Heads Planning & Tendering teams.

Batukbhai Mojidra: AGM

Qualifications: D.C.E Experience: 33 years ; Mr. Batukbhai started his career with B&M and started with

industrial and hospitality projects as junior Engineer and now heads the same ,besides training new staff.
