The Chronic Disease Prevention Initiative (CDPI)

Designed to address the common modifiable risk factors :▪ Support people to live smoke free ▪ Encourage healthy eating ▪ Promote active living

…through local actions, evidence informed approaches and

the creation of supportive environments for healthy lifestyle

choices and behaviours.
