INDUCTIONSo how does induction work?Induction hobs operate with electromagnetic technology so that when a pan is placed on the induction zone, it completes a magnetic circuit below the hob surface causing the pan to heat.
Reduce energy and control your cookingWith all the heat being generated from the pan, no energy is lost to the surrounding area unlike gas, ceramic or solid plate hobs, so no heat is wasted. As well as efficient use of energy, induction hobs are highly controllable and go from a boil to simmer in seconds.
