Narrative: Plate is on a rental vehicle. Same is not logged at hotel. Spoke with r/p who wished to remain anonymous but was concerned for child 8-10 year old girl. Same witnessed some swearing at youth by party that appeared to be father and another that appeared to be older sibling. No physical assault was observed. R/P also stated that all three then hugged together in Lobby and walked off to the elevator. Officer attempted to locate family but was unable to do so. The family appears to be guests at hotel but their name or room number are unknown.
